“I am always amazed with how efficient this bank is. It has one of the best customer service teams of any bank where I have accounts. I can actually speak to someone when I need to do so, I can use my ATM card anywhere in the country without fees.....I make transfers in and out of my account, and I never have difficulties like I have with Bank of America or Bank of The West. I closed my Bank of The West account and am closing down my Bank of America accounts and will focus my banking with Carrollton.It actually is a pleasure to do business with them. “I HAD RATED AS A 1 STAR ⭐️?... NOW 5 STARS... thanks Shane for the quick response. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an issue which you can see below.After this poor review i was contacted by a representative Shane. He asked about my issue and about the unfortunate issue I encountered with my poor customer service during my initial phone conversation. He said he would look into this issue but please allow time for him to research. I was so appreciative of his service and level of concern. That IS customer service. He called me back less than 24 hours later. Shane found that i had indeed paid off my loan and somewhere it had just stopped being processed. Shane said he moved it through the system quickly. My county clerk should have received notification today and they are also mailing me a copy of the paid off loan. Not everything always works smoothly but customer service should always be first and foremost. Thank you Shane and Arsenal Credit Union for using this as an example for training. I look forward to receiving my updated documents next week.Had a home equity loan. Paid it off 2 months ago. Still have not processed it to clear it. I called and all I got was that she will send an email to remind them. What kind of service is that?”
