Good Employees at this location, but they get defensive easily, because they've got to be fielding many complaints.
As with so many TA and Petro locations around the country. They too have computer and fuel pump problems. They say they blocked off a pump from being used, but once again I pull up to the pump and the pump is down.
Two days later, I visited another location in downtown Denver, and the third pump was a charm.
Yes, I'm Angry. The CEO, CFO and COO's spending profits on who knows what, I'm sure it's not on maintaining their locations. It waist our drive clock having to move from pump to pump until we find one that works.
Other Truck Stops are passing you by. I constantly tell management about my experiences at TA and Petro locations in hopes they will allow us to use another truck stop brand.
Inflated prices are another problem with TA and Petro stores. Healthy food options and running specials for discounted prices. Better rewards programs would be nice.
With bad corporate management, TA and Petro should just sell out to another brand that will keep up these locations better.
I'm tired of writing these type of reviews. We consumers deserve better.
I tell you what Mr CEO, Mr CFO, and Mr COO, I will quit writing these bad reviews and be part of the solution, if you want.
I will travel to each of your stores across the United States and identify thoroughly the problems at each and every location. It's not usually the people that work for you, it's the infrastructure.
I'm looking actively looking for a career change, and I'm good with people.
I'm a three time business owner, a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Merchant Marine Officer(Captain), a Long Haul Truck Driver, and was a painter contractor for eight of eighteen years of my painting career. But I don't work cheap.
I'm working on an updated resume as I make this offer.

Couldn't get fuel there my company said I wasn't allowed to get DEF I wasted an hour trying to buy it..nice place food,snacks, clean bathrooms,showers there

I think everyone that comes in to this TA today should give a atleast $5 tip to lady at the register. This was my first time at this TA and i guess proba only one that has gave her tip for her hard work so everyone let's show some appreciation and she forsure deserves a rise. Management should learn to appreciate a hard worker thanks

This place needs better taking care of.
The parking lot has trash all over it.
Yes
It's most likely truckers with no respect who are at fault.
But they are at fault for not taking care of their facility.
Pavement is sunken in and parking areas.
Popeye's has a hard time hendling more than one order at a time, with a kitchen full of people.
Cashiers are more worried about getting back to their phones then actually providing customer service.

I would not waist my time stopping here. the took out the restaurant and put in unhealthy fast-food, their shop doesn't hire experienced mechanics, that can change out a fuel transfer pump, 2 hoses and 2 bolts off and the same on. they refused. i had a plugged fuel line as well and they wouldn't touch anything to do with fuel. lack of experience? who knows! they hire oil change jockeys and teach them to change tires and brakes! I did the work myself in the rain in the middle of the night. when i was done i them had hoses that are plugged with gunk and asked can they remove them blow air through to clear them up. No! is all i got. my truck when i got it running, would only send fuelbfrom both tanks to the driver side tank and overfilled onto the ground, hense need air to blow out the gunk at the T. asked to transfer fuel from full tank to empty tank! NO! again! next is to call EPA amd report a fuel spill that they could have prevented had their answer not always been NO! sad part is i fuel a specifically TA/Petro everywhere and its their fuel that caused the issues. service is getting non-existent with TA/Petro nation-wide. it is just not a good idea to do business that way.the trucks are keeping you in business. without they wouldn't even be able to sell their high priced Chinese made chrome. done ranting

I don't recommend this Truck Stop business they not friendly with a truck driver I had mini time coming here never seen nice friendly people here they are very angry very rude You can't even ask them a question they get mad with you And they will be Yelling you no ethic absolutely crazy cashiers front desk and also the Chrome shop front desk if you wanna buy something don't ask you will get in trouble specially if you didn't Born here Facing so much hatred so much racist I cannot believe what I see I think The management in this business they address them to be that way because I can see very clearly these people how they crazy with me like that that something is not normal we do speak sometime to the corporate office they never respond for that they're really making this place very ugly how are they treating us like this I go to the small truckstop is a lot better they will be nice with me more than just people I don't appreciate them we give them a lot of business they have no respect for the driver.

Good morning and Happy Friday to all the wonderful, helpful people running this Petro truck stop. They do have Wendy's and DQ, separately operated. Andrea and her staff are just fantastically dog happy! Guaranteed hugs and treats. Thank you for providing a safe clean parking structure, a hot, clean shower, large laundry facility and morning doggie treats and hugs. You guys are the BEST! Me and Boss Hogg will be back every week!
