Adopted a dog from them. 10 days later, spent $1000 trying to keep her alive after they didn't treat her and misdiagnosed her. She suffered for 10 days because of their negligence. They saw her 3 times and ran blood work. Missed she was in liver failure. Her adoption included a spay, which she never was, called about being refunded for the spay and was told no.

Wonderful people, took care of my lil Ruben and was very informative and helpful. Absolutely wonderful experience and worth every penny. Also they are very clean and spacious in the lobby highly impressed. Even though I live in blue springs I will travel out to them every time for my baby boy.

I have been coming here for the last 4 years with different pets. I have always had the most passionate loving care for my furbabies. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you for all that you do in caring for our babies.

Have been using this animal Hospital for years. Always wonderful, caring and they do their best to keep costs down, especially on emergency care. Highly recommend.

Our vet was closed and we needed to have our pup seen so we were referred here by a friend. The staff was friendly and caring; the vet very personable and attentive to our concerns. We plan to use them again in the future.

We were referred here by another clinic, and wish we hadn't been. The Dr. is not personable, you don't have to be mushy sweet with us. , , just be willing to run some tests to find out what the cause is before you start prescribing pills. He didn't take the time to look at our dog or listen to what we had experienced. When our dog didn't improve, and we took him back three days later, still not further examination, or ex-rays or looking in his throat to see what the problem was. He only prescribed a different pill. All of this was over the recent holiday weekend, we took our dog to a different vet that came highly recommended, he was shocked that there were no ex-rays, or scope ran to see what the pain in the throat was. After talking to friends, she explained how the OG clinic also missed a simple diagnoses causing the death of one of her dogs. We wont be back, it's sad really, we tried using the local small town business hoping for a better experience, just didn't get it.
