When you roll up the place looks abandoned then it goes downhill from there. The guy working the counter stays in the backroom with the desk room door locked rather then out front to be able to help. The rooms aren't the cleanest and if you stay here bring an extra blanket and pillows cause you only get 2 pillows that aren't supportive in anyway and the door to the rooms have no weather stripping so you will get a breeze all night in the winter. If you are looking for the breakfast area... don't because they don't serve breakfast all they have is sign above the area stating no breakfast do to covid... lastly when you go to check out no one answers the door even if you ring the bell more then once so I just left the door key under the door and left.. so all and all out of 5 star rating I give it a -12.

Bait and switch on room prices. The man ahead of me in line did not have a reservation and was given a price of $40. I assumed I'd be allowed the same deal, I was charged $71!! Manager was quite nasty and yelled while I remained calm and quiet. I simply stated I wished the same deal. The manager actually hopped and red-faced yelled at me, a woman, travelling alone. I refused the room for a myriad of reasons and I left.I went about 20 more miles down the highway and found a nice room for $45.Edit... this review is five years old. I don't understand why I got a reply from management now. It's a bit late to use my feedback since it's ancient.

UPDATE I checked out and accidentally forgot my Apple Watch. I tracked it to the hotel office. I spoke to the owner, explaining that I left my watch on the bed and asked if I could have it back. I told him that it tracked to the hotel office. He yelled at me and told me that he did not steal my watch and hung up the phone. I called back and he screamed at me and hung up again. Shortly after, the watch stopped updating location.1st review: Hotel still advertises FREE Breakfast, but in the morning the owner claims breakfast is closed due to Covid. Today is 19 March 2023 and they are still using this excuse. The hotel also claims it is on a golf course. Please see pictures… no golf course. Additionally, pray that you are not on the second floor and don’t have any neighbors, as the second floor is only accessible by on set of stairs despite all rooms being outside and walkways being icy. Walls are part thin and you can even hear people going to the bathroom. On the flip side, the rooms have new carpet and paint and the water pressure is very good. The wifi is also better than expected. The cleaning staff are friendly and the owner, despite holding a RBF, tries to be nice, but is just trying to pinch every penny he can.

Meh. Here’s what’s good and bad: Nice people at the front desk. Clean hotel room. Rooms are nicer inside than the exterior would suggest. Our room adjacent to the smoking room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The door was very hard to open and close. The area felt reasonably safe. Pleasant seating area provided outdoors, when the weather permits. Still not serving breakfast “due to Covid,” even though the reservations website said breakfast is provided. Overall middling accommodations.

During a recent two week road trip we stayed at several cheap motels. This was by far the best. Very clean, comfortable bed with wonderfully squishy pillows, coffee maker in room, enough towels, soap and shampoo, fridge worked great (not always the case in the cheap places we stayed at). The property was nicely landscaped and the desk clerk was friendly and humorous. No smoking rooms available but it is convenient to step out onto the balcony if you want to smoke.

Surprised! At a distance this looks like a typical run down 1970’s 80’s two story hotel. I pulled into the lot and it’s obvious the owners care about the place with the subtle landscaping and cleanliness. I received good service at the desk, and the lobby was clean and warm feeling. I opened the door to my room and was delighted to see a completely restored room! Very clean and crisp! I try to save a bit of money as I travel a lot. Sometimes on my dime others on the governments. This time it was on mine. The cleanliness was on par with Drury… and Drury is top notch! I also like how the room was decorated and the warm lighting. I will definitely be coming back. I feel like I absolutely got what I paid for.

My room looked exactly like their pictures. Clean and comfortable bedding. No breakfast (covid). Near 2 truck stops so expectations weren't high. Pleasantly surprised! Coffee in room. Large mini fridge. Everything updated. Even the grounds. Walmart across the street. I checked in at midnight and the guy who checked me in was pleasant and the office was clean. I stayed on a Thursday night and the cost of the room was $90 including tax. I had a room with King bed. Grounds clean of trash except cigarette butts. This stop is the half way point to see my granddaughter in Colorado Springs. I will tell others going that way to stop here. Highly recommend.Rooms: Comfortable bed and pillows. Updated furniture and bathroom.Food & drinks: Coffee in roomNoteworthy details: Walmart is right across the street. 2 nearby truck stops and eateries are close too.

Don't stay here. Worst experience trying to get a hotel in my life. An employee over and over again asked me to hangout with him in an implied booty-call kind of way. Disgusting. Pet friendly but doesn't take cats. Stay away, especially if you're a girl and alone. You've been warned.

Not even remotely okay. UNSAFE!! Aug 2023Paid $177 for a Saturday overnight stay.No breakfast due to covid??, door handle didn't lock and someone banged on the door in the middle of the night then opened the "locked" handle. Thank goodness for that little metal thing. Only opened the door a crack. Scary! Unsafe. False advertising!Safety: Unsafe! Door didn't lock. Someone tried to enter in the night.Food & drinks: Covid is over. Stop using the excuse and offer breakfast.

Had a great stay here! The beds were comfy, and the room was clean. I was very pleasantly surprised with the high water pressure for the shower. I would definitely stay here again!

The price was fair especially considering it was 11pm. The surrounding hotels were charging more for same day reservations. The room was clean, pretty, had all of the necessary eminities needed. The bathroom was very clean and water pressure was awesome ?The only critique I have is they didn't offer breakfast as advertised attributing it to covid(It's now 2023)

Typical cheap hotel room. The free hot breakfast they advertise needs to be removed, since they don't offer breakfast anymore and still blame it on covid ?Food & drinks: Falsely advertising hot breakfast

This isn't the fanciest of places, but the front desk was accommodating and the room was clean. I don't always sleep well in a bed other than my own, but this one was very comfortable and I was able to get a good nights sleep.
