They did great work. There was one thing that wasn't done exactly as I wanted and Lane took full accountability and the team addressed it the same day. Overall, I had a great experience with KC Wholesale.”
“Staff at the Oak Grove location has always been extremely polite, professional, and attentive to the customers. They're also generally very knowledgeable about car care and capable of answering any questions asked (I've been in shops where this is not the case). They've almost always had whatever I need in stock already and will lead the customer right to it in the store so you don't have to spend time searching everywhere, and if they don't have something I'm stock they can usually get it in the same day or next day at the latest. I also feel that O'Reilly in general has much better prices than other auto parts shops in our area. All this is why I'll always choose O'Reilly, specifically the location in my hometown.”
