The gentleman at this post office has always been very courteous and helpful. We drop off here when our carriers from Macomb have 'weather' issues picking up our boxes. Love that this Post Office is here and open for our business!

The lady working the counter was very nice and helpful. Have only ever had one issue with this post office. They are usually very nice.

1 star is too high of a rating for this post office. I have never encountered a more unhelpful, lazy, uncooperative person than the individual running the post office in Norwood MO. I’m sure the carriers in the area are fine, but will never step foot into this office again.

I'm not going to even rate our postal service, there's no 0. I mailed 5 bracelets, handmade, and a letter to my granddaughter in LA. She receieved the shredded envelope today with no contents. I'm heartbroke. I tried to call the PO but the wait was an hour. So i tried sending an email and it wouldnt go through. With all the technical usage today you don't get to talk to a human and unless you have a computer you can't email them. If i sent my complaint by letter it wouldn't get there. I'm finished with the Postal services. Don't have to wonder anymore about why no one mails through the PO anymore or why people are losing their jobs. I'm distraught and crying. My granddaughter won't have the handmade items to remember me when I'm gone from this earth. So disappointed. God bless. No reply needed an apology cannot make up for this mistake.
