“Update!!!!Spoke with Jenny and she went above and beyond to assist and resolve our issues and speak with factoring company to resolve and ensure we receive funds for the load that was delivered. Any other loads we potentially run . She’s our preferred contact. I am rating the company 4 stars as not all of their employees have the same spirit as Ms Jenny .I would just like to say your brokers/dispatchers are rude and condescending . We booked a load with you and your broker / Mr Spellman cannot be bothered to assist he doesn't have time to communicate with factoring companies, he doesn't have time to communicate with dispatchers or companies once the load has been dropped he could care less.”
