Dan and his guys did an outstanding job setting the front suspension straight on our 53 F100. They realigned the control arms and installed the drop spindles, it drives 100 percent better! Our 53 F100 can drive anywhere now. Thanks for the great work and short time frame. Craig

We are so thrilled and happy with the work Talent's did on our 1946 Hudson truck! After 2 failed shops, 2 failed motors and a year and a half later we can finally take her home!! They were able to do what those other shops couldn't, in half the time. Thank you so much for the communication, care and time you guys put into her. Your workman and craftsman ship show in the details. If we could give you 10 stars we would!

Local shop that does great work! Anytime someone crashes into me, this is where my car goes for work without question. They also work with the big insurance companies even though they are a little shop.

I called this company three weeks before I went out of town to ask about getting my jeep repaired. They told me to call them when I got back in town and we should be right on schedule. I called and the gentleman was a complete ace hole over the phone when I asked about how his schedule looks. He told me that there are other cars in line in front of me and they now have the engines out and people who will not pick up their cars so they could not make room for me. I asked when a good time for me to try to call back in and he said I have no idea because I just told you we have so many people on the waiting list already. I explained to him I was just doing as they asked me and if he had a better idea as this is my daily driver that I need to have re-welded. I also asked since they are so busy if he had anybody else that he could suggest or recommend because I need it repaired. He told me he wouldn’t recommend anybody else because it would make him look bad. Your bad attitude and unprofessionalism makes you look bad. This is the guy who does the scheduling, not sure if he’s the owner.. It sounded like he was having a bad day so I just pointed that out and said we could try to work around that. He said I was the one making him have a bad day because I’m not understanding. I personally like a time frame or schedule vs being told to keep calling back week after week after week.I was very polite to him over the phone and was just trying to figure out a schedule since it sounds like the three weeks have been pushed back and I couldn’t even get that out of him for a suggested time frame. I was very understanding but just could not connect with this guy. His tone was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional for me. I’ve been nothing but patient and polite and will be seeking somebody else to do the work. It looks like they may do great work but somebody like this will not be getting money from me at all. I want others to be aware that the person on the phone is extremely rude and I could only imagine how they would treat me if there was an issue. Thank you for showing me your true colors upfront before I spent a dollar with your company. They may do great work but your business is nothing when you have people like him on the other line talking the way he did to a customer who is just trying to understand their schedule. Feel free to reach out to me if you feel this is wrong but you know good and well it’s not.I called another shop already and they were very polite and willing to get me in. So before you go here, check their scheduling practices up front. Maybe this review will help them fix their phone mannerisms. Update: they did call back and he accused me of wanting “cheap work done”. I offered to pay the most amount to have it done right. I told him I was also looking for a restoration paint job and he said “ you won’t like my prices since they start off at $25k”.I responded he clearly doesn’t know my bank account, which his tone changed. I left him speak and couldn’t get a word in. I told him I’m not upset at his time frame but at the fact about how rude he was and lack of scheduling knowledge. Again, this post is only about how rude they were and I had no work done here. Once I told him I was recording the call, he was very polite and quickly got off. His response will mean nothing to me on his review as he has already said his response to my first review will be in attempt to make me look bad “just like the other people who leave me a bad review.” I don’t complain and not out to damage a business. You just can’t treat people like garbage and accuse them of being broke or looking for cheap work. They were recommended to me and I was already told they are proud of their pricing, but I pay for quality work and my cash is good. I hope you all have a pleasant experience with them. I gave him a 3 star since he actually called back, but he was still angry from my review. FYI their wait list is a year... which could have been explained to me three weeks ago on the first phone call, being that this is my daily driver.

Tallants did a terrific job repairing my car after a hit and run. They were professional and gracious even though they had to run hoops around my insurance. The owner and his son-in-law are great people who went above and beyond for me. Thanks again!

This is the shop to go too! My 71 C 10 drives so much better now! Dan is a great guy very honest and kept informed everything that they was going to do before they did anything. I would definitely recommend them.

Great shop. Great service. I've had them do body work on a late model foreign car after a wreck and had performance work on an older Chevy truck. Happy with both.
