I received room temperature coffee yesterday at the drive up around 630pm. It's been lukewarm in the past but I pulled off and let it go, but there was no excuse for this. Better to close this location if you can't find workers with more integrity than this.

Ordered a Carmel macchiotto that tasted more like milk than coffee. My daughter had a iced Carmel latte which also didn't have any kind of coffe

Failed to give us the BOGO that is on the app. They straight up lied to us and said it’s not a BOGO and that it was just 3$ off, and even then didn’t give us that! I had to call customer service to get our money back.

Very nice and caring customer service. Very nice and clean as well. They have been out of hazelnut syrup like couple other Starbucks stores for some reason, hopefully they will be able to get some more in soon and get the issue resolved because that’s the only flavor I get when I get my iced coffee ? other than not having the hazelnut syrup this place was great❤️Vegetarian options: I’m not vegetarian but I’ve seen the menu area specifically for vegetariansDietary restrictions: They will definitely accommodate your dietary requirementsParking: Plenty of places to parkKid-friendliness: Yes I feel like kid friendly would never be an issue sometimes moms don’t have the option to get away to get their coffee fix alone and I feel like Starbucks would never have a problem with the kiddosWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is available

I go to this Starbucks nearly every day, and I love the staff! A lot of them remember me and will start making my drink when I walk in if they aren't too busy! So I won't be giving a low star review, however I had a bad experience on Tuesday 11/15/23. The evening before, Monday, I ordered my usual drink, and the cashier rang it up wrong, which I didn't know because I repeated my order twice to her. I always use the app, so the receipt with the wrong order is on my phone. I arrived at my office about 12 minutes later at 5:43 and I noticed my drink was off so I looked at the label and saw that the drink order was wrong. I had an appointment in 15 minutes so I couldn't go back until after, but they close at 8 and I wouldn't have made it back, therefore I called instead. The person who answered the phone, I'm not sure who it was, said they remembered me and would write my name down and they'd remake my drink. Normally if they leave syrup out I'll just have them add it in instead of doing a complete drink remake, but I wasn't able to go back because of my schedule. I went back the next day and Eden, who was there the evening before, passive aggressively called me a liar, said she didn't speak to anyone the evening before and my name was not written down... I'm not sure if she's the only one who answers the phone... But I did speak to someone, I also go to this Starbucks nearly every day, and PAY for my drink so I wasn't trying to just get a free drink but she made me feel that way. I had to show her my call log proving that I did indeed call and spoke to staff, not to mention the receipt was in my app, with the wrong order. She ended up discounting the drink and gave it to me for free after asking how to spell my name twice and still spelling it wrong, and what seemed like sarcastically telling me to have a nice day, which I don't understand because I'm not affecting her paycheck nor did I ask for my drink to be made wrong. Listening skills were lacking that day and the day before. And it upset me that she would accuse me of lying to get a drink that I literally order every day. I don't appreciate that at all. Otherwise the staff is amazing and I love the location.

i ordered a pumpkin cream chai tea and i got a pumpkin cream. there was literally NO chai in my CHAI drink. this has already happed to me twice.

I was going here every day now I won't go near the place. Apparently, there was a manager with dark hair that I assumed was about twelve years old and he had no idea how to be a manager as he was trying to puff up in front of his staff with me. I have gotten the same drink for years. I have never had issues until I come to this Starbucks. All because of almond milk. DO BETTER!!

Slow most days today can’t order ahead people have to go to work not wait on you guys to move as slow as you all do there’s no effort to move faster so why would I come in and order for a longer

Very friendly people here. We went through the drive-thru and everything was perfect. I got at iced caramel crisp frappuccino and my friend got just regular iced coffee. Both tasted amazing.
