This is the place to go if you’re having tech issues. We’ve been twice now and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They do everything they can to solve your issues. Highly recommend.

This place was fantastic. My Macbooks trackpad and keyboard hasn't been working for weeks. and within 15 min they opened it up and replaced the faulty cable, and now it works with no faults. Definitely go here instead of the Apple store

My MacBook had an accident with a water bottle in my back pack. No signs of life at home. My husband recommended this business. The staff there are licensed with Apple. The tech who helped me used to be a genius at the apple store. He ran all the tests at the counter while I waited. He was kind and very professional. When he could not get any signs of life either, he gave me his ideas of possible solutions and contact info to send it in to Apple. He said if I had dropped it and dinged the screen, he could fix it there. Probably needs a new board. Oye. After spending about 20 mins with me, he sent me off with information and did not charge me for his time!I was a little nervous about the location, but the shop had highly visible signage so easy to find and was clean and well lit.Don't want to bust my tech again but will go back when it happens.

These guys are so nice and helpful. I got locked out of my iPhone and they new exactly what to do and immediately helped restore my phone. I was panicked and didn't know what to do. I'm so grateful and thankful they were there and able to help me. Thank you so much!!!

These guys were awesome and a WAY better experience than going to the Apple Store. When Apple repaired my MacBook last time, it took 10 days for it to get back to me. TechGrove told me a couple of days and that once they got the part it would be a same day repair. They got the part the next day and fixed it AND stayed open a few minutes later than closing time so that I can have my work computer over the weekend. I don't think I'll ever choose Apple genius bar over these guys ever again.

Wow. 10/10 experience. So easy to find, easy parking. Such a chill, clean space. Sergio was THE BEST! He was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. Great at his job, they are lucky to have him. Will be telling everyone to come here and I will for sure coming back if I need tech help again (but hopefully I don't spill a smoothie in my Macbook again...)

Absolutely the BEST place to go for getting your Apple devices fixed. Staff is very kind and understanding. I tend to be really OCD about little things regarding my devices and they were very understanding and accommodating to my every need, however nit-picky it may have been.I would recommend coming to this place over an Apple store even if it was a bit out of the way. Can't recommend this place more!

Can't say enough about the service. From the beginning to the end every technician in the shop went above and beyond to make sure all of my MacBook Pro issues have been resolved (and i had several concurrent issues). They worked around my schedule, were always on time with the service. Definitely recommend for all Apple repairs!

They scheduled me for a battery service appointment and all they did was run diagnostics on my battery when I already knew the phone needed a battery replacement and I wanted it replaced. They didn’t have my phone in inventory so they ordered the needed parts and said they would call me when they were in. I received a call today saying my parts were in so I showed up only to find out the person was wrong and I’ll have to come back in again. Not sure I will given how simple of a service need o have and how much of a runaround they’ve given me already and wasted my time.

Apple certified genius or whatever they're called ? MIJA ?Small location tucked away just north of 9Hwy/Heart of America bridge/One block west of Burlington/9Hwy in North Kansas City.Approx. 12th and Clay on east side of street, industrial area, brick building with an awning entrance and a narrow parking lot across from a small Budweiser distribution facility.My son's Mac screen broke and we were able to look up this location through the Apple warranty site. We set an appointment through the website, and it did seem like that was the appropriate protocol as opposed to just showing up.Super clean place with great spacing of tables and bright colors, a sweet Keurig setup, and a long bar with usb ports and stools.We were met by Tyson, explaining that we had an appointment. He looked at our screen, spent a few minutes troubleshooting, gave us the rundown, got our information and was very thorough and friendly.The whole process was quick and easy. The part did need to be ordered but we were given the choice of leaving the computer at the store or taking it back with us. We decided to leave the laptop and expect to be notified when the part is in.They did have a walk-in while we were there, and they did have to wait, but only for about 10 minutes while we finished up our transactions.The best part? MIJA ?We spotted the dog in the back room. Immediately insisted that the dog must be introduced. We love the dog.Mija gets 10/5 Stars

I was happy to see that there was an option to take my MacBook Air that wasn’t the plaza or Leawood since I live up north of the river. These guys were super helpful and very accommodating. Also, the experience was much better than getting shuffled in and waiting in line like at the Apple store.
