I had a great experience with Byron at Multiple Services. It was great to deal with a local company who values even us small customers. Byron was very detailed and knowledgeable and was able to help us not only save time, but money as well. He was also able to automate a lot of our processes which has been a huge benefit for us. We would definitely recommend Multiple Services and would use them again.

We had a great experience with Multiple Services! Our old postage meter supplier just left the same old machine in here year after year and expected us to just pay more and more as the machine got older and more out-of-date!Multiple Services did just the opposite. They asked about our mailing needs and offered a much newer and easier to use machine AND SAVED US $20/MONTH!Mark was easy to work with and really knew his stuff and made sure we were trained properly.I highly recommend

Lady I spoke with should have stayed home today. She doesn't know how to talk to clients. Was transferred to her when I mentioned we needed to look into canceling our company's account & return a device. The woman I spoke with thought it cute to talked back & down to me when I was asking questions that MSEC should know, & have, as our vendor. She needs to remember how to talk to clients, or taught how to calm clients and customers. Reassuring them, & not to speak to them in a way that will fuel a fire. It was not a conflict-resolution type of call at all thanks to her. I was a unsatisfied client who had questions and concerns & after speaking to her, I wouldn't ever do business with MSEC again; even if we decide to keep the device in the end. Maybe she was also having a bad morning/day? But, even if that's the case she should have taken a personal day, or MSEC should have kept her off the line.
