Had an appt at their minute clinic at 3pm for a tb test for work. I waited over an hour just to be called back into a room. The first 40 minutes they didn't even have a patient in the office

This is a comment for the corporate folks, not the employees. They are wonderful. OK - I bought an item and paid cash. The item was not wanted by the recipient, so I returned it to the store WITH the receipt. I was asked for my identification. Whut???? My ID was required for a cash transaction, and I have yet to figure out why. The nice young lady told me she didn't know the reason, but she had to scan it before I could get my refund. Unless my cash is somehow tied to my ID card, I cannot understand why this is happening. Can anyone at CVS corporate answer the question????

I came here since their minute clinic didn't have a wait time. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment to check in. At 9:29 a woman comes up to me to tell me I need to wait in my car until my appointment. I was nearly out the door when the minute clinic staff called out for me. This woman wasn't the friendliest- what is up with customer service these days. Just because covid is happening doesn't mean you need to treat customers poorly.

I was told in store, that could return items with a receipt. 24hrs later, I was told I can no longer return said items?? I understand COVID-19 and the safety concerns, but your "managers" are not informed and, therefore, completely incompetent. I will never return to this store and plan on telling everyone I know, via yelp & social media about this ridiculous lack of leadership/communication. I am extremely disappointed; and will be taking all of my business to Walgreens in the future. All the best, Steve Ebbbbbbs

Pharmacy is incredibly patient, gets the lowest cost on scripts, treats you like you are very important, listens to all your concerns. Takes the time to deal with insurance company when things are complicated. Thank you CVS!!

This is my first, and likely only, Yelp review. Their pharmacist, specifically the gentleman who is slightly heavy set, with thining hair, seems strive to make people feel like they are anything but. Before me, there was an elderly woman on Medicare that didn't understand why her Rx couldn't be filled. His suggestion was to call the provider and find out yourself, followed by a swift dismissal and walked away. JUST WALKED AWAY. So, my turn is up, and I am attempting to drop off my Rx to pick up later. The gal helping me went to ask this pharmacist something, and comes back to explain that my insurance is denying coverage. Now, keep in mind as you read what happens next that he is standing, at Max, 7 feet from me. She walks over to ask him, and I can hear him giving a reason, and she comes back. I ask another question, this time she only turns towards the pharmacist, and he gives the answer to her. It didn't make much sense, because her and I very clearly were not privy to his vast knowledge, and his sighs and visual annoyance confirmed that he believed because we didn't just know, we were idiots. This time I ask the question directly to him.....instead of answering me, he stood behind the podium with the computer in he middle of the pharmacy area, and gave the answer to the other employee, intentionally skipping over me, as if I were a toddler that couldn't grasp what he was saying. Look, I get it, that job probably has some really stressful moments, but this is exactly what he got a higher education for. This is what he chose to do. Perhaps CVS should invest in some training courses teaching their employees how to not act like a pompous j**** It is really sad when pharmacists at Walmart are more professional than him. *I have never had an experience like this at any other CVS location. This is a constant occurrence for customers that visit that location regularly.

Can be very busy at times but I find the staff to be sweet and accommodating. When I left NKC hospital i came here and was able to get my prescriptions quickly and the Pharmacist helped me save money on my Rx.
