This is roshni Gurung daughter of lal Gurung. The wheelchair you guys have provided for him is very helpful for him to move around the place he wasn’t able to go before, after the cancer treatment he wasn’t able to walk, even to go to hospital. We as a family are very happy that we are able to take him to the place we want to take him with the help of wheelchair

Lincare is always available when I am in need of my oxygen supplies. I had the best mobile associate, Kay, but found out that she will be retiring at the end of the month. I just hope that they find a representative as good as Kay was

Would give 0 stars if I could. This place was horrendous to deal with and the worst facility lincare has, has to be. They continually messed up insurance billing and I spent hours upon hours trying to help THEM to resolve their own issues. They do not provide your insurance company with required documentation - continuous issues. By far the worst experience I’ve EVER had with customer service - as I tried to leave them due to all of their issues they proceeded to SCREAM at me and threaten to blacklist me from medical suppliers so I couldn’t have my required oxygen. I would recommend that nobody does business with this location - SAVE YOURSELF. This is location specific - lincare NKC is the absolute WORST!

The tech was very knowledgeable about the equipment and did an excellent job of explaining how to use it, what to do is power goes out or the equipment stops working and so forth. He was very personable and made the appointment enjoyable
Discounted one står because he was not provided with the necessary equipment or information for how to use the oxygen with my CPAP.

My CPAP machine has stop working. I did some basic restart procedures but to no avail. I called LinCare in NKC and was told it was out of warranty and to call the manufacturer. I did. The manufacturer told me to call Lincare for help and they could not help me. I recalled Lincare and was told by a different person that they could not help me and to call the manufacturer again. I called the manufacturer again and told to call LinCare. I am concerned by the lack of assistance I got. I am glad it was not an emergency. This runaround tactic is a very good example of bad customer service. I am sure I will get the standard response that everyone the gives a poor rating has gotten.

My wife and I had a visit from Jamie Jones today. I must say she is very thorough, very professional and offered so much that was just over and above board. We were both very comfortable and all the information that we obtained from her I can’t tell you how well please we both are with the presentation and everything that she did she’s very professional. You need more employees like this working for you I can’t say enough good things about her. I will say you should give her a raise. She’s very good.
