I am newly diagnosed and was not sure how to engrave my bracelet properly when I ordered. At the last second, I wanted to change my engraving. Michael took my email request and said no problem. He got everything handled. 3 days later, I am wearing it! I picked Love Links in silver and rose gold stainless steel. It is gorgeous. I am nervous to venture out, but having this medical ID bracelet on makes me feel more sure. Thank you for the great customer support and for a quality product! Angi W.

I absolutely LOVED the service I received with this company! The communication was top notch with Michael every time I had an issue (which was on me, not them) & helped resolve it quickly & sweetly. I completely recommend this company 100 %. My 11 year old daughter loves her bracelet!

Customer service is a #1 Priority with this business… I made a mistake on the text to be engraved on medallion, which would have made it useless…I sent an email explaining my error…not expecting to be able to get a corrected one…As it was my error..but company answered my email and told me they had made changes…I was overwhelmed! A1 customer service & appreciation in my opinion…Hard to find in today’s market place.

Great company. Great customer service. My pkg never arrived as claimed, but was immediately replaced when I explained my situation. Bracelet is beautiful. Expect nothing less. This is my third order from Lauren’s Hope. I remain a loyal customer.

Wonderful choice of beautiful tags and bracelets. Love that you have bracelets for larger wrists and love the mix-and-match feature. And Michael was terrific answering my email quickly and making a change to my order for me, over a mistake I had made! Great customer service. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Excellent products, have been a repeat customer for years. Have bracelets for my whole family with special needs. Their bracelets are built to last, and don't tarnish! The company also has exemplary customer service. I ran into a problem on a large order I'd placed: the company's customer service team responded right away and handled the problem effortlessly! I am a client for life! Recommend them highly.

I'm not sure which I appreciate more: the quality and beauty of the bracelets and necklaces, or the incredible customer service. Regardless: the selection of medical alert items matches each of my family members' aesthetic preferences, and the information that is engraved is saved if you make an account, which makes additional orders easy and efficient. Did I mention that their customer service is incredible? Highly recommend: I've ordered from Lauren's Hope as my children went through elementary school and have now entered young adulthood, which indicates how loyal of a customer I am!

The bracelet I bought for my husband, the mother of pearl urban magnetic clasp is not only beautiful but works perfectly. It's classic design suits both men and women (and I think I need one of the same now) and works in the shower and for a dressy occasion. Lauren's Hope also provides personalised customer service that goes above and beyond what you would ever expect. The dark engraving was well done and is easily readable.

Quality product and service. Item arrived as pictured on the website and within delivery estimate. Laser engraving makes for easy reading. Love the choice of colours, styles, and materials.I noticed before it was shipped, that I had made an error in the postal address. I emailed customer service to update the address before it was shipped. Customer service replied within the hour and had it fixed. Polite and timely customer service.I bought the stainless steel tag with charcoal medical symbol. Neutral colours that go well with any outfit and durable material. Great that the tag is interchangeable with the stainless steel bracelet that I previously bought from Lauren’s Hope.Would absolutely recommend to anyone that needs a medical bracelet.

My son was recently diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic. I reached out and ordered an ID tag for him. It was so easy to put in the information for tag. The company sent out the tag very quickly and it arrived before the quoted date and time. Thank you so much!

I have been ordering bracelets & tags from Lauren’s Hope for many years, and recommend them highly to friends, relatives and to you! The bracelets &. tags are beautiful. People don’t believe they are medical ID’s until I turn mine over & show them the engraved tag! This small company has wonderful customer, return & repair services and is a pleasure to deal with. If you need, or want, any kind of Medical ID’s this is the place to go to. I find them a little pricey, but it’s definitely worth it. Lane Weinzweig
