“My agent and her team are very easy to get along with and are quite knowledgeable about the insurance industry. They always eager to help and will check in in me from time to time if I hadn't needed anything for a while. The prices are competitive enough to keep my business because I will take the extra time to switch providers each policy if I can save a few dollars. I've had a couple accidents under their coverage, one at fault by technicality, and they took care of me and the party I did damage to quickly and with no trouble. I even nearly made a claim on my home policy when a large tree fell in my back yard from a passing violent storm. It was the first time I had any damage on my property and potentially my neighbors as well. After assessing the damage, I found no more damage than my deductible had occured so I rescended the claim. My agent was very helpful throughout and understanding of my choice. I felt a bad for using up his time when I ultimately decided I didn't need to but he assured me that was his job and he was getting compensated just the same. From out on the roads to my own back yard, I trust and rely on my team at Allstate.

“So I've had my auto and homeowners insurance with Allstate for almost 3 years now and didn't really have a problem with them until I was informed that when my policy renewed this month my auto monthly rate was going to go up drastically with really no explanation when I asked. I realized it there is premium increases but we're talking over $200 a month more. I reached out to this State farm office because it's close to my house and my family primarily my mother has used State farm for 40 plus years. Makes me wonder why I hadn't done this sooner because everything from the start of the call all the way until I was a new State farm member and hanging up off the call, Brittany was absolutely amazing! I say this because she made the experience stress-free, relatively quick yet she was also thorough, super friendly, and yeah it just felt like I didn't really have to do anything but let her work her magic! Thank you so much Brittany and I look forward to State farm now ensuring mine as well as my daughter's vehicles!”

Got a letter because a middle initial was missing from my husband’s name on our home policy. Such a small thing but I got a call back from the agency within 16 hours from my voicemail and they were able to handle it immediately! I never have to worry about unnecessary hoop jumping, speaking only to a machine, or waiting on hold for a long time. Customer service is top notch and Siara was a delight to speak with.”
“Update to this review from 4 years ago: Our agent, Larry, has since become an independent agent so that he can get the best deal for all of his insurance clients. Premiums for our insurance with our former company were going to take a drastic spike in June 2023. We went back to Larry, and he found the same great coverage for a decreased premium with another reputable company. Below is the original review.Several years ago, our home insurance rates were making a huge spike, and we couldn't afford to pay the increased rate, so we started shopping around for a new company. By also transferring our car insurance to Farmer's, Larry was able to get us a total premium for our home and three cars that was better than what we were going to have to pay for just our home insurance under our old company. Since then, we have had several auto claims but no home insurance claims, and we have always had great service in dealing with our claims. Larry and his staff have also been pro-active in finding ways to reduce our rates further. Great customer service!”

Did not hear anything back, b4 I could call office and see if they got email, a reimbursement check for tow was in my mailbox Friday! Luckily I don't have to deal with them often (knock on wood), but the few times I have its been fast and professional like that”
