Worst customer service no customer s in the store at all . The chain loop separated and I went to the store they said it would have to be sent out for repair which would take a month . I paid for this so called warranty. When they had and in house jeweler there. . She was a total rude manager. Called customer care they were no help at all . And don’t stand by there product.

I am not happy at all. This is the first time in my life I bought an engagement ring and proposed. Unfortunately the thousand dollar ring I bought from you didn't even come with a box you guys shipped in a tiny zip lock bag which was extremely disappointing considering the money i spent with your company. I had to purchase a box from Amazon so I could make the memory I was hoping for. And then you take 2 weeks to even respond to my complaint. I should've stayed with Jared they never would've done this to me.

Terrible purchase experience and with customer service! I purchased a necklace and pendant on-line and paid extra for same day delivery on a Tuesday 9/26/23. I did not receive the merchandise the same day, nor did it come the next day. When I contacted them the 09/28/23, the representative said their driver was not available, so they sent it UPS, without notifying me and refunding the shipping cost. It appears they were going to keep that fee, even though they did not honor the shipping. Once I called them out, they refunded the fee, but I did not receive that credit until 10/07/23. They attempted to deliver the necklace on 09/29/23, however they also failed to let me know it would require a signature, therefore I missed the first delivery. It came the following Monday but was not the correct item, they sent a ring that was worth 5 times what I paid for the necklace. When I notified them of THEIR mistakes, they never apologized, nor did they thank me for bringing this to their attention. Only that I would need to ship the ring back before they would ship the correct merchandise, that they already received the money for. As if I were going to steal the ring, even though I was the one who notified them of THIER mistakes. When I asked them to send the necklace first the customer rep said it was against policy. I fought with her for two days before I finally asked to just give me a full refund and I would take my business elsewhere. The customer rep said she could not do this until I sent the ring back. I then asked for a supervisor (Charley), who was even ruder than the customer rep. He refused to give me a refund until I sent THEIR MISTAKENLY sent merchandise. He also said if I didn't return the ring, they would be forced to charge me the difference. I finally had to give in and send it back. I received the refund on 10/13/23, almost 3 weeks later. Through the whole experience, I was never offered any consolations or anything to try to make it right, for this inconvenience. I will NEVER shop with them again, nor would I recommend this company to anyone.

Got a ring for my wife in 2017 and purchased the lifetime care plan and since the ring has been sent in for repair after repair we have asked for a store credit at this point and just get the run around. They have done poor repair work each time. store manager in frisco tx just hangs up and is no help. this is ridiculous at this point DO NOT BUY from this company they do not care about service after the sale !

I took in my Longines watch for a battery replacement and the store representative told me the watch would be sent to Longines repair center and taken care off for a cost of about $200 give or take. They returned my watch to me and when I wore it a couple months later, it completely fell apart on the floor sine they had forgotten to put in the 6 screws necessary for the case to be secured to the strap. I took the watch back to them in pieces and they promised to get it back in a couple of weeks, however over three months passed before they called me and tried to give me the watch that I found was losing several minutes in a day. I took it back to them and they kept it for several months and returned it to me with the same problem. I took it back for the 4th time and they told me that the previous repairs were done in their in-house repair facility and this time they would send it to Longines repair shop for sure - the watch came back and was completely stopped and so the promised to send it back to the repair shop and several months later they gave me the watch and it loses about 10 minutes per day. I wanted a solution and now after sitting with them for almost 2 years they want me to send it again to another repair shop. The watch was part of a "His and Her" anniversary purchase and I had it for 9 months approx. and they have had it for over 2 years, and they are telling me I can send them a original bill for reimbursement of its value since they already know I do not have the receipt and the watch is not available for the same price anymore. I have tried to contact them many times and they do not care. If you call their corporate number (816) 843-7380, you will be stuck in a timeless loop, and none answers your call. Can't rate a zero. Wish I could. This company will lie and scam to do people wrong. My husband bought me a ring in June 2020. My November 2020 I had to pick out a new ring. Yes I bought warranty. Got ring Dec or January 2020-2021. It's neen back March 2021 June 2021 January 2022 and March 2022. All for same issues. I was told I either pick a solitare as final. which is not what I have. I have a 3 stone or the attempt to fix it again. 2 out of three fixes I was told it went to home office. It's currently sitting at number 4. Now they say it never was sent to home office. When I contacted corporate I was told they will BACK THE STORE. So they don't back the costumer. Take your money elsewhere. They are corrupt. They make stuff up to benefit them. Then when I asked for a supervisor I was told they will always back the store. So I can't even get help with a higher up. Sad.

In November I took a broken gold chain to Helzberg for repairs. I was told yes, they could repair it and that it was a very nice chain and valued it at over $500. In January the chain broke again and today I returned to the store and was told the chain was weak due to age and would continue to break if repaired. I asked that they repair the chain again for half price and if it breaks again so be it. Chase told me there would be no discount, full price. I said I was never told the chain was too weak for repairs, he had no reply. I will never return to a Helzberg Diamonds since they do not stand behind their repairs and do not care about the customer or doing the right thing. I told Chase I wish they were honest in the first place and not charged me over $125 for repairs.

Check your receipts carefully when making any purchases at Helzberg this holiday season! I was appalled to discover that the store at Jersey Gardens is fraudulently charging for warranties without customers' knowledge. I am wondering how many others have been victimized by Tanisha. Shame on you. After being a Helzberg customer for 20 years I was offered a refund on the fraudulent warranty charge and a $50 gift card. Seriously? This wasn’t just shady, it was illegal. I will NEVER shop at Helzberg again.

The second debacle I had with Helzburgs started with my purchase of a $500 Citizen PCAT watch in November 2019. Very, very long story, it stopped working THREE TIMES. Three times I took it in to the Helzberg store at Oakview Mall. (This watch has a 5 year warranty!)Unfortunately, being a satellite type of watch (PCAT) it needs light nonstop, not just several hours of daylight) At one point, a store salesman took in the watch to keep for 2days. He called me back a week later, saying he'd had it in sunlight and it "is working fine". Guess my home light isn't good enough, in that once I picked it up, a day later, stopped working again. See a theme here? I know, $500 isn't a ton of money. My card limit is only $3000 and I'm not a huge money-maker for Helzberg. But I did expect to some day, somehow, have a nice working watch. The Oakview Mall store manager, Kristen, said I was threatening to start trouble and she had done all she could do. If trouble means getting fair treatment, yep, I'm trouble.Finally with it not working again, I've proceded up the chain of command to their phone based "customer care". NO HELP. After over 29 emails and phone calls, the phone rep said that the Omaha district manager declined to allow an in-person exchange for even a less expensive Citizen. I'm a pretty good guy, hold my temper, and try to be aware of what common sense tells me. BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Was refused a refund of the Lifetime Care Plan at the Nashville store in Opry Mills Mall despite it stating on the Corporate website and on my receipt that I can get a refund within 30 days of purchase. The store manager there is extremely rude with zero customer service skills. Never again will I patronize this store. Read the reviews and do your research before spending your money. They have a negative reputation and numerous BBB complaints.

Ordered some bling for my daughter‘s 21st birthday, even paid for fast shipping, but they didn’t arrive for 3 weeks and I had to show up at the pub empty handed. After 2 weeks I contacted customer service who were about as useful as a steering wheel on a mule. They wouldn’t cancel the order and could care less about my expedited shipping cost. Maybe they had to send Leo over to the sierra to dig up the diamonds but by-golly, sure was disappointed.
