Do not book a room through the number they put you through for reservations. They had to book me three different times because she claimed the rooms kept filling up and on the 3rd time she booked me for the date I was talking to her on and not the date I needed. When I looked at my confirmation it was for the day I had talked with her. When I emailed them they said it was too late to cancel and get my money back. I couldn't cancel my reservation even though it was her fault she put me on the wrong date. I had to pay for the room I didn't even get to stay in because it was the exact day I called in to make a reservation for Nov 22. It is totally wrong they would not refund my money.

Staff was nice -Rooms okay but pillows were terrible..hard time sleeping- room was stuffy even with air on- toilet set to low- my knee from replacement hard to sit husband is very tall hard for him getting up and down. unsure about staying again..

The front desk night auditor was very helpful and professional
Rooms: Clean and modern
Safety: I felt that my vehicle was safe cuz there was somebody patrolling all the time
Noteworthy details: Just the staff was unbelievable nice checking in was pleasant what does crew was knowledgeable and answered all my questions very professional I didn't even have to go to the front desk. I will be recommending this to my work and on my friends that live in Kansas City and or or visiting I need to stay at a hotel to stay at Harrah's

Stay somewhere else if you can. Casino must be too broke to serve complimentary drinks. The coffee pot in the room didn’t work either. Wish we had stayed elsewhere.

Rooms a little pricey for what it was, but you're paying to be close to the concert/event being held. Prices do fluctuate based upon events, so always check. Would stay again but book ahead to save a little money.
Rooms: Average hotel room, nothing fancy comparable to a regular holiday inn.
