We’re from out of town, and I had a check engine light flash on my A-6. I stopped by to ask if they would evaluate the error message. With amazing generosity they interrupted work, checked the error code, reset it, and refused to charge me!
With a smile!!
Nice to know great people are still around.

2 days After I got the belt replaced on my 08 Mercedes there at German.. My car broke down again. Had to pay for a tow again. Buy a belt again. Etc.. bc they left parts of the vehicle incomplete. I went to another shop to get it fixed again and they advised me Whomever worked on it did this and belt was shredded again. I called German and I let him know of this. And asked to be refunded the belt and labor as it was not completed correctly. Called twice. Have not gotten a call back. No compensation for paying double bc they didn't do work completely correct the first time. Will not go there again.

You never stated my car was poorly maintained! Its a used car yes and we take great care of our cars as I thought you would fulfill that. I was wrong. You recommended a seal which I did approve and have you do. You never once offered any type of discount. I asked for one. no response. What I didn't approve was the oil change, Thank God I did or who knows what could of happened next.
The belt came off because whoever worked on it at your shop last did not fully put the car back together properly causing to belt popping off again. I got this statement from another German certified shop. Nice try guys, How unprofessional

I just had my E350 oil changed today there, the service was amazing they know exactly what to do I can say probably better than the dealership of MB itself! Took care of the car perfectly with an amazing car wash! Just amazing and satisfying! God bless you.

I’ve taken my vehicle here a few times and every time I feel like they aren’t trying to sell me to fix things that don’t need to be fixed.
The honesty goes a long way for me and I will continue taking my vehicle(s) here.

Excellent service. I highly recommend taking your foreign vehicle here . They’re very thorough & don’t just slap a diagnosis on your vehicle.. I had a significant amount of work done over the thanksgiving break & when I tell you they ordered the parts on the Wednesday before thanksgiving & had it done the following Wednesday that’s impressive.. my job time was roughly 2 business days & they had it done in fashionable time & I couldn’t be more satisfied with how my vehicle is running ..

I needed a couple of parts for my 2007 Mercedes-Benz s550, and without hesitation, they helped me out. & The staff is very courteous & friendly... I called 2 days in a row, and each time, I was surprised one part came in the next day, and the other part came in the same day. I wish I could give you guys 20 stars.
