The time I visited last the assistant was a little distracted.I am not quite sure why but it took longer than it should have. But just so everyone knows that's not the normal behavior that Occurs.

Stopped in to check about having patches sewn onto a couple of service dress uniforms. Christina was super helpful assisting us with everything. We now have an excellent path forward to complete our department’s remaining dress uniforms.

This is by far MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GO the two ladies up front are always helpful and literally gets anything you need done, never had an issue so they have earned my business from here on out. LITERALLY THE BEST Galls to go too??

What a horrid experience. I tried to visit the store, their hours are not conducive for those who work full-time jobs. I arrived at 4:55 pm and found the doors locked even though their posted hour showed them open until 5:00 pm. I then tried email and received a message that said "call us" so I called and was connected to a person who could care less about customer service, could not be bothered with helping me and then in mid engagement, asked me to call back in a half hour. So it looks like I'm going to go to 5-11 and will delete Galls from my vendor list.
