Awesome group to work with. They've been keeping my company's IT environment running pretty smoothly for the last several years. Always quick to respond, even if they have to come on-site. They never try to push things we don't need. Highly recommended if you're looking for an IT partner.Edit: For transparency, I did eventually work for Converged. Great experience and great people. When I left the company and went back to being a client, I made sure my company stayed with Converged!

Diane Henderson, Diane's School of DanceConverged Communications handles my business IT, phone, computers, and security cameras. I have been with Converged for over 15 years. Throughout my experience, they have been professional, efficient, dependable, and proactive. The customer service is excellent, the techs are knowledgeable, the sales dept upfront and fair.They have saved my business over the years by getting rid of computer viruses before they affect my computers. The video surveillance from the cameras they installed was used by the Platte Woods Police Department to catch a burglar. They enable me to store 100s of credit cards by maintaining exemplary PCI status. They are quick and polite when answering questions. Over the years I have needed to access deleted information. Converged has been able to do that easily.I don't know how I would run my business without Converged, and I highly recommend them to businesses!

Matt Hendry set our business up on a delay costing us money and made several false promises when agreeing to do business with them. A 35/month agreement quickly became 105/month. The promissory of services provided was not fulfilled in multiple aspects. Matt quickly became unavailable and avoided all correspondence and will not stand by his word. He has other employees communicate and they all simply state when I find a new company to let them know.He assured me what we wanted done could be done on the 35/month plan. He assured me we could have multiple phones at no added expense. He assured me we could be set up quickly. None of this has held to be true.
