He even walked me directly to my new unit AND showed me where the restrooms/emergency exits were. I’ve never had to get a storage unit and it may not be a big deal to many, but his kindness and guidance really reassured me about leaving my belongings in this facility.
Malik also exudes professionalism and customer service. When I came back with my load he was cleaning out one of their trucks. I was struggling with my belongings and he immediately hopped into action giving me a hand bringing my stuff up to the unit. Between his prompt help and his welcoming smile I am elated with my choice to store my belongings here and I know everything will be okay!

“This should have been a horrible review. My reserved truck was not ready and they couldn't find one for me. But DJ and the staff Stayed late and kept calling it eventually. Found me a truck down in Independence. DJ even drove me himself down here to pick it up and stayed until it was ready. Again, this should have been a horrible negative review. But good people and good customer service is rare to find these days. No it wasn't perfect and I wouldn't recommend you and try this again as it's insanely stressful. But I still appreciate what DJ and the staff did to rectify the situation.”

The guys in the office have always been polite and were able to anwser any of my questions that i had. Wish they were 24hrs tho. But that's OK. I feel like my things are safe there!! “Ms. Lillie checked me in for my uhaul truck rental and she was superb! She was friendly and professional, a great balance! She was informative and helpful which made the truck rental process seamless! I have used this location multiple times, and I have yet to receive poor service. They have created in me a RAVING FAN! There were two other folks with her, that did not assist me personally, but greeted me, and were just as friendly and welcoming as Lillie. In closing, let me add, that my arrival time was near closing, and still they gave me supreme customer service, answering thoroughly all of my questions, and never rushing me. “Was a good experience for flatbed unload! Hauled steel tube in here…. They start at 7:30am I overnight parked on the west side of building in between the dock doors where some container chassis were dropped! At about 8am as I was getting ready in my truck an employee who unloaded me came to my truck and got me and explained where to go to unload! He was a great guy and even helped pull bungees and fold tarps! After that I was unloaded in no time! This is what other receivers need to take notes!”
