Love this bank but why can I not speak to a human on the phone?! Only an automated message and told to go online. VERY annoying. It’s called “Community”.

Staff was friendly enough. My problem with community america is that they charger for cashing checks if you donot have an account. I have considered banking here but i have found that banks that charge for that typically have more hidden fees. Also there are no regualations that require 2 forms of identification. Its redundant to do so. I also do not like that the drive through windows go to someone behind a screen and atm. This requires you to go inside to cash said check.

Called to get an overdraft fee removed from a charge that was fraudulent and incorrect. The teller mentioned that this is a courtesy and that the next time I will have to ask for the merchant to refund me my overdraft fee (which would NEVER happen)! Then mentioned that I’ve had $168.00 in fees reversed. First, if they were reversed they were justifiably so. Second, compared to all the fees they have gotten that $168.00 is chump change! What about common courtesy and understanding that mistakes happen with accounts. Poor customer service overall and after what I experienced today I will not be using this account from this day forward! They’ve already robbed me blind with the fees I have paid! Screw them!

I have been a member since the late 80s. I've financed my house and two cars through Community America because they gave me the best rates. I like the fact they don't charge you all kinds fee and share profit's at the end of the year.

No idea why anyone would give this CACU location 1 star. I really like CACU and I find that their employees at all branches are always happy - friendly and ready to help me find a way to get done what I need to get done - while other banks work hard to say no. CACU is awesome and the people at this branch are particularly friendly and accommodating.
