Over 8 hours to get unloaded very slow like they count each carrot. Not a great place limited parking they say first come first serve but dispatch told me 8 am appt. Arrived at 5 didn't get in a door till noon. After 11 hours they refuse to sign bill of lading. Sign the purchase order which has nothing to do with the transport

I understand that you all get inundated with calls all day, but that still isn't a reason to be blatantly disrespectful to callers. AJ in shipping is who I'm specifically referring to.
