Just a different perspective here:\\nPlease keep in mind these are merely people that have to work here. Everyone is doing the best they can. They didnt create the issue.\\n\\nI read the reviews, I see there is a wait time, I see all the trucks. And I understand that I will have to wait. ?\\u200d♀️ Being mad about it will get me what? Higher blood pressure?\\n\\nThe workers didnt build this system. While we are only delivering or picking up for a few hours, they have to stay and deal with the chaos inevitably. They are not enjoying making anyone wait, I assure you.\\n\\nShow a little compassion. You'd be surprised at what it gets you.\\np.s. I was treated in the same manner I treated the workers, respectfully.\\n\\nShout out to the VERY PATIENT yard jockeys that helped a super nervous rookie maneuver into a door. Y'all are appreciated!

I was happy with the vegetable box, but I spent close to an hour sitting in traffic trying to get into and out of their parking lot. Roads were closed off and traffic was backed up for blocks. It would be better if they had timed pickup slots or a longer pickup window instead of having a gazillion people converge on a small parking lot on Friday morning.

Had an encounter with one of their drivers in the Des moines, IA area. The driver was driving erratic and cutting people off while making a delivery. This driver showed signs of aggression and road rage towards myself and other drivers. I noticed the driver flipping people off from his window and swerving at myself and others. Very unprofessional of the driver, but when I called to complain to the company, the person who answered the phone seemed annoyed I called. Very unprofessional attitude of 2 employees when I observed this bad behavior.

Word to the wise. If you're loading potatoes somewhere to bring here, go to a Cat scale and get a lightweight before you load, then back to the Cat scale after you get loaded for a loaded weight. It doesn't matter if the place you load has a scale or not. Then give the copies to Cu0026C. If you don't do it on the loading end, they will make you do it on this end. You'll have to go get a loaded weight, come back to get unloaded, then go back to get a lightweight before they'll give you the paperwork. Save yourself the frustration and do it on the loading end. I did it on the loading end, quick and smooth unloading. I don't know if this applies to loads other than potatoes. You may want to call Cu0026C and ask.

I was at a local store when a C\\u0026c driver came thru and and bumped into me. I politely said , “pardon me” and moved to the side. I looked at her name and it said Lisa and she had short hair. She then was very rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t believe the way she was speaking with me. She is representing the company this way. Shameful way she acts.

EXTREMELY BUSY, small-ish place, hard to get into, onscreen parking to wait, FCFS facility. Have to work around these box trucks of theirs. Nice people tho. Be patient with them. Help the other drivers after you park, it goes quicker. Hard to get in alone. Lots of car traffic.

Directions from 70: take exit 2H, turn left on Admiral, turn right on Locust, turn left on 10th St, turn right on Atlantic. Park on the street and walk to check in.
