During the parts shortage, Bosserts brought parts in from all over the country so cars could get back on the road as as soon as possible. This kind of dedicated service is hard to come by today. “It has been 17 years since I purchased a new Lexus. I walked in without an appointment, and the receptionists at the front desk kindly assured me not to worry. They assured me that they would find someone to assist me in finding a new SUV. They connected me with a wonderful gentleman named Firas Tohmeh, who served as a sales consultant. Firas was extremely kind, considerate, and composed as he helped me address all of my inquiries about the NX350h I was contemplating. He provided me with the quote I needed and mentioned that a new 2024 NX350h would arrive within 5-10 days. Within 5 days, I was driving away with my new SUV. It is truly a dream SUV. They had a shop fire on Friday and were unable to get my car in when expected, but were able to get an estimated 3-5 day repair done in one day so that I could take a trip I had been planning on going on. “Unfortunately I had a run in with a deer on a Friday afternoon before I was going on vacation in 2 days. Caliber worked with me and my insurance to get the ball rolling. They allowed me to drop off my car the morning I was leaving for vacation so they could assess the damage, order parts and get started while I was gone. I was able the pick up my car 2 days after I returned from vacation. They kept me posted throughout the whole process with updates. They took their time explaining the repair estimate to me and the estimated time it would take to make repairs. They kept me updated along the way so I always knew what the status of my vehicle was. When the work was finished. The reviewed everything with me and even had my car cleaned. I would recommend Hendrick to anyone who needs repair work done.”

“I couldn't be happier with the job Whitney did on my 1998 Lexus LS400. I inherited it from my parents and it's been babied it's whole life. There were a couple of paint flakes on the front and rear bumper. They repainted them both with Lexus 3-step paint and now the car looks brand new. The were timely and reasonable on price. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.”

“My wife's BMW had been rear-ended, so we planned on using the same body shop we always used. But we quickly learned, things have changed there! So glad I found Kustom Kolor! We were able to get an estimate by just showing up (not having to wait for certain days and times, like down the street). My wife met with the owner, Rey, and he treated her with such professionalism and kindness, which is hard to find today. He walked her thru the process and what we should expect. “Justin came to the hangar to repair some dents in my car and also the tail boom of a helicopter. He did a fantastic job on the car but the paint cracked as he did the repair. It looks like a very small scratch that you only see if you know where to look and are are looking for it. He then said that the repair was free and asked if I wanted him to also fix the paint. The paint flaw is so small I decided not to fix it. I tried to pay him anyway because the dent work was excellent and the paint flaw very minor, but he refused any payment.The dents in the helicopter tail were more difficult to get out but he fixed them so that you can't tell they were ever there.I highly recommend Precision Dent Repair. I expect to use them again.”
