I don't recommend using their services. First off I never received confirmation of purchase or tracking number. The shipping took forever, when the item did arrive it was wrong. It is very difficult to get in touch with them. When my order was late, I tried contacting them a few times, they don't accept calls when they are busy, and ask you to leave a contact number which they don't follow up with for at least 2 days, if ever. When I actually got in-touch with the service team they we're pleasant but weren't able to send the emails I needed and wasn't til my third contact that I just stayed on the phone til I got the tracking number. When the item arrived late, it wasn't the right item, took over a week to even get in-touch with them. And when I did they informed me I would have to purchase the right item and pay for the shipping to get the wrong item delivered back to them. Very inconvenient, and difficult when you are a busy contractor/real estate investor to deal with. If I had not kept following up I would have been stuck with item I never ordered. Let's see how they handle this return. Disappointed to say the least.

Ordered a multipoint lock system for a discontinued patio door. It fit perfect with no modifications. The employees are very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely recommend All about Doors and Windows.

I needed several Mechanical operators for my 30-year-old Peachtree Aerial Casement windows. I had trouble finding the correct replacement parts anywhere at a reasonable price since Peachtree windows doesn't offer parts anymore. I found All About Doors while searching the Internet and found to my delight that they carry Peachtree replacement parts. I called and the customer service person helped me find the correct window parts. Im now waiting for delivery and hope the casement window parts from All About Doors website work correctly fo my windows. All About Doors saved me a lot of money as the local authorized window repair company, quoted hundreds more for the window replacement parts. My fingers are crossed that the parts when delivered work correctly.

Ordered a replacement piece of glass from them and called to quote shipping before i placed the order. Was told by the salesperson that the ups option was what I needed to select. So I placed the order. This morning I get a emailing saying that they will need to get a shipping quote. Hmmmmm I thought we were good? They come back with prices from $300-$360 more then doubling the price of the glass! Don’t waste your time unless your local!

We agree with other reviews that Jenny at this company was impossible to deal with and always in a hurry. We were very patient and willing to spend money on replacement locks and handles. Since items are non-refundable, we asked two basic questions about the two products she recommended for us. Athough we asked the same two questions in several different ways for a month and a half, Jenny ultimately refused in an email to provide answers and advised we had all the information we needed. She refused to have a single telephone conversation and her prior email replies consisted of a regurgitation of information unrelated to our questions. Unwise to spend money with a company with such service. Go elsewhere. We are.

Bought an atrium door knob & I’m very pleased with the quality. Took me a good while to find this exact one & they had it! Thank you!The only reason why I give only a 4 star (so far) is because the instructions were kind of vague. It would most likely make it difficult for someone who didn’t know what they were doing at all or for first time installers.

I communicated with All About Doors and Windows concerning a cracked window that I had. They counseled me to look into having it repaired at a local glass shop. Any business that has that kind of honesty instead of drumming up extra business deserves to have a positive rating!

Service was decent when ordering, and the staff was friendly. I tried to save a buck on blemished hardware, and that was a mistake. 3 orders later, I just bought full hardware kits for my Andersen patio doors. Ended up paying shipping 3x. The blemished hardware is nonrefundable. Even on the non-blemished handles, I was going to return required more shipping. At this point, I figure I may as well keep em since I've already spent so much in shipping. My advice shop around, know exactly what you need and figure in the shipping.

1st time that I write a review, this is for an online purchase for a company; I placed an order, didn't received, tracked my package USPS, I called company because it said delivered to an "agent" I didn't know what it meant , I called customer service he didn't know either, I called USPS, did a trace, have a case# and then received an email apologizing from them, I called customer service again to see if they can do something about it, and a lady say NO, once its given to the carrier they can not do anything about it, I have no product, no credit , no refund, no help... awful service. they've just lost a good customer for life

Horrible service... Jenny was super nice in the beginning, although pushy and always in a hurry. I tried to get a status on an order a few times via email. I left a voicemail 6 weeks after placing my order saying that if I didn't hear back I would consider the order canceled. She called and was super rude on the phone saying that I yelled at her CO worker, then said thst I was lying about emailing her requests for updates, and then said we were only 4 weeks into a 6 week order. Reasoning with her was impossible. She did write later saying that she found the emails I had sent, but she didn't apologize for being nasty with me on the phone.This would.have been my 2nd or third order. Would not order from or recommend this company.

I purchased an item that was sold with a blemish and asked if I could return it. They sent me a return authorization number, had me pay to return it, then sent me an email telling me that per their company policy they do not refund items with blemishes. So I'm out money for the original payment, have no product and paid to ship it back.Good service would have looked at my order and notified me of the policy so I would not waste time and money during the busy holiday season.If they sold it to me blemished, they can obviously resell.VERY DISAPPOINTED

Great service and customer support!! I had an old Roto 3 pt. lock and they were able to convert it to a new Hoppe which saved me a lot of time and money! With a few minor modifications I had it done in no time! I spoke with Rory and he knew exactly what I needed and discussed options etc. I will use them again in the future if need be!Thanks again!

the merchandise is displayed by hanging it all over the walls up and down halls. The service lady Stephanie at the desk was so knowledgeable about her products and very forth right in her offering information and suggestions.

They had parts the parts I needed for a HOPPE multi-point door lock, and they did not make me jump through a bunch of hoops or extra charges to get them. I made this purchase through a series of emails to one of the reps, Rory. He and the others involved in the purchase and shipping communicated well throughout the process, and the parts were received in 8 days after the order. Very pleased...and grateful!
