Communication can be challenging but I know that for a mechanic phone calls can quickly get overwhelming no matter how they are handled. There's no way a secretary can keep up with the progress on all the vehicles and the estimated time of completion can change from minutes to hours or days without notice. There's no way for a mechanic to work on your car and play secretary so please understand and be patient with your mechanic?
