“I have used this auto shop for years. I brought my vehicle in after another company was trying to get me to change the alternator which had been replaced by eaglecrest a couple months earlier. The other company was saying that my dashboard had a warning on it but I had checked everything before dropping it off and there was no warning on the dashboard. When they told me something was wrong with it I took it back to Eaglecrest and sure enough everything was fine on it. They were able to fix my main issue with reasonable pricing which the other company didn’t even want to touch. And also were able to ensure that the alternator was working properly. If I wouldn’t have brought it back to them the other company would have hosed me for an additional $800 that was unnecessary. This company has always done me right and after my experience elsewhere with another auto repair shop I will not be taking my vehicle elsewhere.”

“On 6/15/2024 I came up at 0700 thinking the store was open with me I had a blown camper tire. My family was sitting 70 miles away waiting on me. The store manager came to the door and let me know store opens at 0800 but he was very professional. I drove around looking for a place that was already open but no luck. I came back to store about 0740 within about 5mins Devan came to my truck while I was getting ready to come in. He looked at what I had and heard my plight and was willing to help right away. I purchased 4 tires for my camper, he showed me pricing, the replacement service that was added. The other issue was I only had one of the tires with me, Devan told me they will hold them until we come back up. I was in and out with 4 tires purchased but 1 actually changed 18 minutes!!!
