My sister went and got her hair cut her. She has curly hair and asked for a dry cut. The lady wet her hair and told her the cut would look fine when it was dried. It does not. Please don't go here if you are looking for a good quality haircut.

Great place always very friendly does great job on highlights!Update : still going here my daughter went to Haeven yesterday and I’m here to say she is by far the best stylist ever! She is such a kind person and explains the whole process and how to achieve my daughters vision of hair color! My teenager was so happy with her hair she has not stopped taking pictures of it! I'm literally crying right now I went in on Friday for a haircut to make my back even to my front and maybe like a one inch trim and some bangs that I showed a picture of they were long bangs with beautiful face framing. She said she wouldn't have enough time to dry my hair or style it so I said okay and that it should air dry fine. Well I took a shower and straightened my hair and I look ridiculous the bangs and the hair is completely uneven and my hair went from super long, thick, and almost mid back to short and uneven. I'm gonna need extensions which cost $600+ depending on the stylist to allow my hair to grow and recut it. Or I'm gonna have to shave it and buy a $300+ wig. I'm just really upset with the fact that now I'm gonna be out even more money that I can't really afford because I cannot go to my new job looking the way I do.

I got the most terrible haircut I've ever gotten here. Albeit the woman was nice, but nice isn't what makes the difference when I'm sent out with wet unstyled hair to find when I get home layers are crazy uneven. I was told I could go back within 7 days to get anything fixed..nice offer but I don't plan on ever going back.

We made a last minute haircut for my four year old daughter and they were very accommodating. My daughter got a little sassy with the hairdresser and she handled it like a champ. My daughter loved her haircut and I'm sure we will be back.

I have been going to this salon for several years. Lisa has always given me my perms. I have problem hair, very fine and thin. Always looks great after perms thanks to Lisa.
