Oh my gosh, I can't say enough nice things about the staff here. Not only was my car done quickly but they were so thorough in their assessment they saved me from an issue that would have been a nightmare to deal with if they hadn't caught it. Speedy, kind and super willing to work with you. 10/10 recommend.

Shane at the Nixa location was very helpful, courteous, and informative. He went the extra mile to find and correct the problem with my Prius. James took care of the maintenance, problem solved the issue, and checked the car thoroughly before returning it back to me. I highly recommend these guys.

Communication is terrible. they have never called me once I have had to call them every single time to ask for updates. When I brought my truck in they said it was an 18 hour job and should only take a few days. They have had my truck for 3 weeks.

Took my car hear for some wheel bearings and some light motor work and after 3 months I can say, I got ripped off. Pretty much everything they "fixed" I had to have redone by another shop. I mean they didn't even tighten the bolts down, the incompetence was jaw dropping. To be fair this is there nixa location, there other locations could be better I don't know and never will know. When it comes to auto shops you got one chance to prove I can trust you and us automotive blew there chance with me.

Very quick and prompt! Brandon got me in quickly, and replaced my starter very quickly. And Brandon is very easy to communicate with. Great personality! I will definitely go there again.
