They told me it would take a week to complete but unfortunately the employee who was tasked to complete the job was one his last week working for them and didn’t get the job before his last day. “2 weeks ago i took my vehicle to the jiffy lube in nixa for a tire rotation, oil change and transmission flush. I just recently noticed the cover they remove to work on my vehicle was missing some screws so i took it in today, told them the issue and the workers were so kind. No one argued with me or denied it may or may not have been their fault. I really appreciate the customer service”
