Never had consistent service. Expensive and progressively got worse and then cut out service. Didn't even credit a full bill.

Extremely high priced internet service that isn't reliable. Every single evening for the passed 2 months, my internet doesn't work. I have the executive internet package as well.. that comes out to be over 180 a month. I would expect when paying that price, that the service would at least be reliable. I'll be looking for other options.

I left a bad review 1 1/2 years ago, when they had A LOT of problems.They've come back from that & fixed the problems.The service has been VERY good for a long time now!

Excruciatingly slow internet speeds, that don't deliver what they claim, they charge an obscene amount for what it is and when your bill rolls around, if you miss the first email your screwed, because they claim to send 3 others, never do and each one charges you an extra amount to your account. I would personally recommend the hotspot on your phone before them.

Terrible company, avoid at all costs. Will bleed you dry with pricing and speeds that will leave any video buffering constantly. Near constant disconnections. Newsflash, Its not 2005 anymore, people wont tolerate this Total "High"speed.

Complete garbage. Actively looking for new services. Unfortunately there are not a lot of options out here. It’s a shame that I pay $132/month to experience gaps in the day where the internet is down and I can’t even load a webpage. I work from home and take classes online so it’s messing with my livelihood.

The internet is SOOO slow that sawing my own nads off and attaching them to a kite would provide better internet service. Scientists at NASA have an easier time piloting the Mars ROVER than I do playing a YouTube video at 144p. You might as well build a giant radio tower in your backyard and suffer from radiation poisoning rather than joining totalhighspeed's plan. (Also, you would be better off throwing your money in a well instead of paying $100 per month for 12 Kilobytes a second)2024 Update: Still sucks

For sure the most money that we've ever paid for internet access and it wasn't great. We tried their wifi and cellular options, and are glad we finally switched to another option that was cheaper and exponentially faster for rural service.Their technical teams were nice and generally their staff tried to be friendly, but didn't have solutions to try.They are unable (or unwilling) to provide you with your usage over time and will cut your service off if they say you have hit your limit and do so without warning.Good luck with that scenario if you depend on their service for working from home.

Overpriced, slow and unreliable internet, sometimes goes completely out when it’s raining or storming. We had a hard time terminating the service because of the costumer services and technicians childish behavior. Technician showed up to pick up only the dish and made me remove the rest and personally bring what I removed to their office. I hate to say this- but they truly have the worst customer service I have ever seen, and the internet is just not worth it…

Digging up our yard to install their fiber in our area. No notice. Dug into the gas line. Leaving large dirt patches behind with some hay covering the patch. I am waiting on a follow-up from a project manager about repairing the damage.

Be careful with this company. Ever since they got the RUS funding. They have been selling your info to China and the Democratic Party. I have had to report the company to the labor board and bbb. Be careful giving your info to them and the monitoring they do of what you look up.

Had a cable for fiber out in in august. Was told 2 weeks to bury it. After the man who installed it had explosive diarrhea on my bathroom and hallway floor that I stepped in barefoot and had to clean up. He installed the cable in my neighbors field leading to our house. My fiancé has called them twice since they installed it asking them to bury it. Yesterday my 84 year old neighbor hit it with his brush hog destroying the cable. Almost 2 months it’s been left above ground, they’re now telling us we HAVE to pay to have it replaced. Or make the neighbors pay. I refuse to make my neighbor pay for them hitting something on their property, and we shouldn't have to pay for something we’ve asked numerous times to have buried so this wouldn’t happen and they’ve continually pushed the date back to have it buried. They don’t care about their customers, only money.
