I stopped in unannounced and the owner came out and fixed my car right away. I had hit a curb and my bumper came loose. He fixed it and was so kind and helpful!

Chuck, Nathan, and the rest of the crew do an amazing job! I used them and they were upfront with the estimate, then fixed the vehicle like new, within the expected timeframe. I was so impressed with their work.
They've been in business for over 30 years. When your insurance is paying for repairs, you have a choice as to who to use. You want someone with expertise who will take pride in each repair job. That is what you get from Superior Collision.

Chuck deserves 10 stars. He is honest, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and KIND. I had the worst experience at an auto body shop in Springfield and went to Superior for a second quote. He was much more reasonably priced, fixed the part he could on the spot, but even more than that, he was kind. I would recommend him to anyone needing auto repair work. After a sub-par repair from another shop left my driver door misaligned and unable to close properly, Chuck took great care of me and fixed it right. He ordered the part needed and had it painted and ready to go, so I was only without my vehicle for one day. The price was also very reasonable. They take their collision repair very serious. They repair a back panel on my car. He showed me what repairs they did. I couldn't even tell where the damage was before, that was three yrs ago and it looks like when drove it off the car lot. They really do a wonderful job.
