“Edited to add that I was contacted by Jacob who was very helpful and instead of making excuses, offered a solution….Have only had the unit about 4 months and already tried raising my rent from $65 to $95 and DID NOT give 30 days notice as stated in the contract. When I complained it took more than a week to find someone to talk to and they still raised the rent, just not as much and are still doing it Nov. 1 when I received the email about the increase on October 3. Will definitely be looking for a new place. They don’t even follow their own contract!”

“Great experience! Went and picked up a dolly. Dolly did great, never had any issues with towing with vehicle on or off the dolly. I cant remember the guys name but he had a positive additude and was doing his best to make sure everyone had what they need and even helped hook them up. If I ever need one agian on short notice I will be more than happy to return here. Also they have lots of antiques and goods to look at and shop from while you wait.”

“Very clean and secure facilities. We ended up renting an outside unit on Tracker Rd and a climate controlled unit at their Fox Hollow Rd location. We changed our minds a couple of times after renting units that were not large enough. Leslie was very patient and accommodating. We highly recommend this storage center.”
