I’m a new client & I’ve seen the girls at this lounge twice. The first time, I was in a bit of a panic because my then-nail-salon had agreed to do a special design for me for a special event, but when I showed up at my appointment, they refused. I walked in to PMN, & Carla (owner) got me right in & did the design I wanted. Other technicians helped out on my nails & did my pedicure. It was the nicest, most relaxing, comfortable, clean, ambient & fun experience I’ve had at a salon/lounge in a LONG time.
Today, I saw Deja, & her beautiful work is shown in these pictures. She was a pleasure to talk with & we had fun talking about the different music, as well as different musical influences due to our ages (she’s quite a bit younger than me ?).
I HIGHLY recommend Polish Me Nail Lounge! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Requested style: I had actually scheduled an appointment with another salon I’ve been going to for years, but they were unable to do the design I wanted (& I pre-selected & pre-approved the design with them), so I came down the street to PMN Salon, walked in, & Carla got me right in … & did the design perfectly! I was treated with respect & felt happy after I left. 5⭐️!

They got me and my daughter right? And for a set of acrylic nails. They turned out wonderful! Couldn't have asked for a better set of nails, will definitely be back.

I had a pedicure yesterday. It was wonderful. My toes have never looked prettier. Massaged. Buffed. Polished. This is my second pedicure at Polish Me and I highly recommend this salon. The ladies are so sweet and friendly.

Cleanest, friendliest and most accommodating salon I have ever used. The owner and her staff clean constantly and work hard to meet their customers expectations.
Take negative reviews with a grain of salt. I witnessed an entitled, argumentative, judgmental almost customer behave so rudely to the staff from the moment she walked in last week, I was horrified. It is too bad that one unfair review can still impact a quality local business.

Best nail salon ever!! The ambience embraces you!! From the beautiful interior, exceptional staff, and awesome products, the whole experience was amazing! I truly felt pampered, and will definitely be going back.

I have not had an experience at a nail salon like I did at this place❤️ I loved it!! Carla was amazing and did my manicure with gel and I loved her work. Also, the lovely lady that did my pedicure was amazing also. Everyone was so friendly and I will definitely be coming back. This was the best experience I've had getting my nails done ever!! In fact, they were able to get me in for my eyebrows too! I loved everything about this place. This will be my go to salon from now on!!❤️ The aesthetic of this place was gorgeous as well! I definitely recommend!!!

This place has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I have been getting my nails done for years, and never dealt with an experience like this before! They don't open till 9am, and when I walk in for my appointment, they start hasseling me why I wasn't there at 8:40!?! They said I had an appointment at 8:40, not 9:00. How could I have made an appointment for 8:40, when they don't open till 9:00!?! Then, one of the girls starts talking in Spanish to the other worker, and when I asked what she said, they both smirked and laughed. I had enough. I told them I will take my $85 somewhere else. How rude and disrespectful to a first time customer. This was not a good first impression. I will happily take my $$ elsewhere!! :)

It is not appropriate for staff to be speaking another language, talking about customers. When she is talking in Spanish to another girl who works there and looking at me with an upset face, I know she's talking about me. They both were speaking English to me just fine when I first walked through the door. Stop making excuses for this. Now please stop messaging me and calling me. Delete my phone number. Yes, I did find another establishment that treated a paying customer with respect and I was very happy to give them my $$. I will continue going there.

Not the best experience the lady that did my nails made them uneven to start off with 2ndly tons of tiny bubbles in the polish.. and lastly I feel as tho the ladies were being highly rude to my nail tech they spike a different language obviously my nail tech didn't understand it but you could tell she was upset ..
