REAL customer service! I walked into Plaza Tire on a very busy Friday with a blown out tire from a cargo trailer. Not only did they have the tire, they promised to have it ready by the end of the day (I didn't need to pick it up until Saturday. I indicated I needed to run a few errands and that I would see them the following day. Plaza called 30 minutes later to let me know the tire was done and even loaded it into my pick-up for me. Fast, friendly and customer-orientated. 5 stars!

Very friendly and courteous. Clean waiting room,with complementary beverage, plus easy access to the bathroom. Price for tires very competitive. I didn't want an alignment, but I appreciated that they performed a free alignment check for the best care for my car (which confirmed I didn't need one).
