“I have a 2015, VW Golf Sportwagen TDI. Most quick oil change businesses don't service diesel vehicles, but they did a great job with mine! My situation included driving from Tampa to Branson to escape hurricane Milton. I explained to them I had a diesel that requires special oil, if I brought everything to them could they change my oil before heading back to Tampa? They said they would and gave me my military discount also! Truly dedicated in helping their customers. I deeply appreciate their service to my vehicle, and a month later and a road trip back to FL, it's purring like a kitten. Getting it serviced at VW in Springfield would've been over a week later and I didn't have time. Although one of the mechanics got drenched in oil, he didn't get upset but joked about it. I can't thank them enough for doing a great job in my time of need! I drove two of my diesel cars to Branson, and both needed work when we arrived. I couldn't take a chance to drive this back to FL without an oil change.”
