I was able to reserve my unit online and had an automatic payment each month. It was quick and easy and I never had any problems with the unit. I received a monthly receipt via email like clockwork. I never talked with an actual person there as I never had problems.The unit I rented was a smaller unit but was perfect for our needs. It was pretty well priced. I would recommend keeping your things in plastic tubs as many of our cardboard boxes has chewing from mice and mice droppings.

Went in to rent a Unit, and you would have thought I ruined the lady's day that had to assist me. Very Rude. I left without renting.
