Summary:Cabinets are great quality but 1 star due to NO communication throughout the company or to myself. One day installation lasted over 5 months. The owner and employees are clueless.I went with Kitchenland due to them being a large name with a good following and a very reasonable estimate provided. We began the process during the peak of everything being delayed due to COVID in late 2021. The timeline was provided which then later got moved up. This is where I started to feel the poor customer service of the company. No actual timeline was provided until I called a few weeks after receiving the shorter ETA. Almost immediately I am given a date to have the process started. I had demo'd the kitchen myself in order to save some money up front but no inspection was done prior to the installers arriving. Upon arrival they discovered several issues that delayed installation by several hours. Throughout this whole process I had to convince my place of employment to allow working remote as I was told it would only bea 1 day installation. During Day 1 I was told there was supposed to be an electrician on the premise as they needed to bring the kitchen up to code with additional outlets, moving the range, etc. The electrician was supposed to be contracted through Kitchenland but was never done so one never showed up. Day 2 went as far as the cabinet installers could go without electrical needing done. After around 2 weeks of not having a functioning kitchen I call Kitchenland because no electrician has shown up or called. They had one call me and said he'd show up on a certain date which he did. This is now additional days working remote. When he showed up he had absolutely no idea what the plan was. He was asking me every question possible, he had no measurements of cabinets, no blueprints of the new kitchen. I had to provide the googled number for Kitchenland as he worked through his questions on the phone. He was only there for approximately 2 hours and did what he thought was needed for cabinets to continue. After another 2 weeks of waiting for Kitchenland to show, they said nothing that was necessary was done and they couldn't continue. They had the eletrcician come back out who returned for another 4 hours or so. Another 2 weeks waiting on Kitchenland and they finally finish all cabinet installation except the trim that goes around the cabinets to cover any gaps due to uneven walls/ceilings. The cabinet doors allegedly to go high for them to install this trim so they state they'll have to come back. I went weeks without hearing anything until I receive an email stating I owe my final payment but I refuse to pay as the job is not done. Several more weeks go by and I get a call from the sales rep. demanding payment. I speak with the owner of the company, Brad, as he has told me to no longer work with the sales rep. He was very uninformed of the entire situation despite taking responsibility for this project. He was still on the page that electrical needed performed. I told them I will no longer work remote for this project and they will show up after business hours or on the weekend. They say this will happen and several more weeks go by without contact. Finally I am contacted and a single employee shows up after business hours, finishes the trim in about 1.5 hours and it looks great. I pay the bill in full as I had no issue at any point with payments. I knew if I paid when demanded, I would never hear from the company again. The cabinet's quality and installation does look fantastic but I can give no higher than 1 star due to a "one day installation" taking over 5 months with horrible communication to myself and throughout the company.Services: Kitchen cabinet design

Had my kitchen totally remodeled by Kitchenland 2 years ago, new cabinets, quartz countertops and appliances.The calk is cracking horribly everywhere it was applied.I was told house settled by them but my house was built in 1962 and I looked it up, they don't settle that long. The calk is hard and they used an incorrect type of calk.Should have used silicone.They only have a 1 year guarantee I was told. I live alone and kitchen does not get that much use.There is no way the calk should look like this already.They make up one excuse after another and do not stand behind their work.I will post on FB and tell everyone I know how lousy they treat customers even when it was their own fault for not using correct calk.My old kitchen did not look this bad. UPDATE! - Kitchenland reached out to me and are going to replace the calk, the contractor had hired someone outside of Kitchenland for part of the job which included the calking which they knew nothing about. Kitchenland is an upstanding good company and came to the rescue.Thanks so very much!

Called Steve he came out next day, went over all details and phases of our project. Sent us great drawings. Was about 2 weeks out and hit that date perfect, installers were professional went over all details. Kitchen land and Steve Hunt made our project fun and enjoyable. Thanks to all.

I cannot thank Brad Shrock at Kitchenland enough, his professional service, and on time business, quality and follow through have just been over amazing. I felt like not just another "number" but family that actually meant more than the almighty dollar in this day and age. He continued to call and check to see how things were, and my opinion actually mattered. Thank you again, and I will tell everyone I know about this great place. Not a great experience. They ordered the wrong cabinets, then they were installed without attention to detail. Either myself or my contractor had to be the one to call and find out the status of things. We are still waiting on a piece of trim to cover where a part was poorly installed, and it has been over a month since installation. It may have just been my sales person, but it was a very unpleasant process and even when management was made aware, they did what they could to make the situation right, but they didn't follow up to ensure things were completed correctly.

I was disappointed in the installation. The products were fine but the installation left me with a damaged window molding and a toe kick edge that was ragged on one edge and too long on the other. When I brought this to the attention of the salesman he came out to look. After three weeks and a negative review they sent a very smart and competent young man out to fix what could be fixed. Our kitchen has been a project in-the-works (or more, thoughts) for 3 years. Once we finally landed on gutting it all for a whole new kitchen, Brad at Kitchenland walked us through step-by-step how to get what we envisioned. He was straight forward about the process & kept me updated on every angle. We are VERY happy with our new kitchen cabinets that were custom designed according to our taste. JOB WELL DONE by everyone including the installers, & we’ll recommend Kitchenland to everyone looking to redesign their kitchen. Money well spent!

We had a problem getting our old stove out and Stephen quickly fixed this for us. Stephen made this whole project go very smooth. His team was helpful every step of the way.
