Unfortunately I dont know what the heck happened. Kevin started our home and auto policy December 2022, then in January its like all hell broke loose, they needed my 15 year olds permit info to add him to the auto policy which I provided 3 times.... I received a letter 3/6/2023 that our Auto policy was being canceled due to our 15 yr old never being added to our policy. I never received one call or email or letter from Kevin or anyone in his office letting me know this was happening. I spoke to the underwriter who said she had multiple conversations with kevin over this matter!!! I am now switching to a different agent within the same insurance group farm bureau thankfully Stacy pointed me in the direction of a thorough agent who cares about their people more than the buck.
