Edited to add that I was contacted by Jacob who was very helpful and instead of making excuses, offered a solution….Have only had the unit about 4 months and already tried raising my rent from $65 to $95 and DID NOT give 30 days notice as stated in the contract. When I complained it took more than a week to find someone to talk to and they still raised the rent, just not as much and are still doing it Nov. 1 when I received the email about the increase on October 3. Will definitely be looking for a new place. They don’t even follow their own contract!

They replaced my lock without my knowledge. Customer service is super rude. Get behind? They will hound you multiple times a day every day. Oh and whoever works here leaves before 5.
Worst company I have ever worked with! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Very responsive to any questions asked and very helpful. Its pretty easy renting a space, you don't have to go into the office or anything, its all done online.

Clean units. I like the fact that someone walks the property. Staff are friendly. It's a secure location! Definitely recommend.

Unit was super clean, never had any issues with leaks or anything. Price was what we were looking for and was a pretty straight forward and convenient experience. Property was nice and clean, I was in and out in the mornings and there was a manager on site doing rounds, definitely one of the nicer facilities.

Clean unit. Nice & clean, secure property. My interactions with Staff are always pleasant. and friendly. When I am at my unit, I am always greeted and welcomed and conversations are not forced or "all business" they are personable and welcomed.
