Horrific experience. Have had zero compassion and empathy during the grief stages of losing my mother in law. They decided to take it upon themselves to lock my father in law’s units to get our attention, even though his unit has NEVER been in delinquent status. So happy to see this is how they do business with a 77 year old veteran. We have rented SIX units from this establishment total between both households (one of the units being for almost 2 years, 3 units for over a year, and one unit for about 4 months. People are human and make mistakes, but this company shows no mercy. They will lock units just to prove a point and let you know they are in complete control. Very unfortunate. I sincerely hope my deceased mother in law’s belongings bring you a huge profit so you can sleep better at night and enforce your paragraphs of contracts you ensured us we didn’t need to sign a new contract for each unit. Boy were we naive and trusting of the wrong folks. God Bless and may you learn some compassion somewhere down the road.

Good place to store your personal things and also vehicles,rvs,and big rigs atcleann, and the prices are cheaper then most gate area with camera's and the owner is very nice and loves his business cause he will treat you right..

The staff is always friendly and responsive. The units are clean, well maintained and visible security. We have been there a couple years a d recommend it to everyone. It’s a 30 minute drive from our home but wouldn’t think Kanpur going anywhere else.

Great place to store items but staff/owners are very rude and lie.*** ( Response to Eastside Storage owner's ) *** Yes I'm definitely talking about your facility. The storage facility its self is nice , very nice ! You guy's do definitely take care of the place I will say that ! And it's safe and secure ! No questions about that. I have no doubt that my stuff was safe there and that everyone else's stuff is. The place is like a super max prison. LOL. But it's definitely ran and how you will be treated while your there. ??? Manners are definitely a area the facility lacks and also the desire to change. But when everything has been handed too you it's hard to learn to show others respect and not act like your intitled to everything. It will take longer to reach dad's level of professionalism when it's been handed to you. Daddy learned from experience. It's just the way it is. You guys will get it some day ! I wish you all the best.

Great storage facility, glad I found it. Very secure and many of the units are new. Friendly staff and plenty of room to maneuver large vehicles to the units.
