Customer service at CVS pharmacy is very rude they don't care about the Customer. There has been multiple times I took my handicap neighbor there to get medication and every time they are so rude to him . And their attitude and Customer service just sucks. Don't get your prescriptions at the nixa location terrible

I would give this pharmacy and the employees zero stars if I could. They are extremely hateful and unhelpful to their customers. If you can go to a different pharmacy I would highly recommend. This review is based off the Nixa location.

This place is an absolute nightmare if you're dropping off ups packages, the manager seems to always have a smirky attitude just because he's being asked to do his job and accept packages. They have no clue about how ups's invoice system works and because the manager is clueless, I happen to get an attitude from him. They constantly reject packages even though I'm using ups's invoice system.

Everyone are helpful & nice. I really would like for you & UPS to work together again to allow you to print out labels that was very nice to have that here in Nixa rather than driving 20 min away to return a package.

The pharmacy is the only okay thing about this store. My wife has an extremely bad immune system, due to chemotherapy. We bought Insure brand milk shakes to help her weight because she cant eat much. Only to find out, after she drank a little bit, that expired FOUR MONTHS ago! FOUR MONTHS. She got sick from that. Nobody is managing what is on the shelves. CHECK THE DATES ON EVERYTHING YOU BUY AT THIS STORE!

I go to several CVS stores in my area. The only one of them that I would not recommend is the one at National and Republic Rd in South Springfield. I purchased a blood pressure monitor here and had the receipt sent to my email and since it never was delivered I cannot return it for nothing more than store credit. The reason I can't recommend it is that the manager said that unless she had the receipt that the only thing that she could do was to give me STORE credit. So I guess I should have brought the monitor at Walmart or Sam's club instead, and from now on I will.

i dropped off a ups package and no one at counter. about 60 feet away a lady said just leave it there. I said I needed a receipt. She told me cvs does not issue ups receipts. All this from across the store. So if you need a receipt drive the 30 minutes into Springfield and use the ups store.

I'm not sure I've ever given a Google review.... so when I made up my mind that the pharmacy staff service was rude enough to write a review, and I came to this page to see all the others horrible experiences.... I felt better about leaving this. I would leave negative stars if I could. I was honestly speechless at the way I was talked to today on the phone, after asking a simple yes or no answer. It doesn't take skills to be a nice human being...... unbelievable that people could speak in that fashion and still have a job! ?

Customer service is awful. Most of the time you stand at the pharmacy and ignored, no someone will be with you shortly, just silence, today I stood there for 5 minutes, finally just left. This has been the case several times.

The pharmacy Closed a few minutes early and the staff laughed about it as I was walking away from the counter. Had to drive back into Springfield to get post op meds.One ⭐️ is too many!!
