I love to go shopping at Discount Freight & Grocery. In some areas you never know what you'll find so that makes it fun. I love hitting their frozen area for a variety of items too. In some cases I've been able to buy an item at a less expensive price to decide if it is something I might be willing to buy at regular price (if DFG doesn't end up still having it in the future). The employees always make the shopping experience great with their friendliness.

I love to go to Discount Freight because they help me to stretch my dollar further. When your on a fixed income that helps a lot. And they have a senior discount day. Win, win!

Excellent place to grab your groceries and supplies. They used to be located off Tracker Rd. In Nixa which I loved because it was closer but I've gotten used to the longer drive to the new location. Excellent staff and products. Keep an eye for the expiration dates as some are close to date but you can pickup great deals here. Photo attached of shelf life table for many products. Overall this is a great place to stock up on supplies and food.

This store last year had some great deals and now certain deals is 3 times higher. It is sad they have fell into the abyss of what is going on now days to get greedy. Most of the things they sell (as for as the food) is outdated but now they are selling it for the same price almost as you can get it from a regular store. Everyone and every business says it's because of the economy but it isn't it all has to do with greed to make more money is all. The good thing is the staff everywhere in the store is so nice and polite so in that I will still go back.

Funny story...a few days ago I was at the Discount Freight and Grocery and purchased a Weight Watchers Silicone Corn Popper...$3.99. When I got it home...opened the box and it was empty...I kind of chuckled to myself and put the box back into the bag to take it back and exchange it later. So today, Saturday, I headed into the store with my empty box and was met by the greeter who is always super friendly. He directed me to a "fellow with the gray goatee" to conduct my business. I told the guy what had happened. He looked at the box and said, "you'll have to come back Monday when the manager is here, because if this had gone though the checkout, the cashier would have noticed it was empty, I can't OK this." He could just let me know they didn't have a manager on site and asked me to come back later...but no, he basically called me a liar and a thief. It really did offend me...I am in there at least once a week...I think it's fun shopping there...you never know what you'll find. Who knows, the manager might have called me a liar and a thief also...but to be honest, I don't think I'll ever go back.

This is a hit and miss kinda place, some things are good prices, some are not.Do be aware of two things. They do sell some items that are expired. Some things are not a big deal, some things were over a year past the use by date. Second, more than once, the have a tag with the wrong weight on it, for items no longer with packaging details. Like a tag on grocery cart full of cheese, says pound, but they were only four ounces, per manufacturer box I found elsewhere in the store.

Cool place!! If your on a budget it where ya need to shop. Just watch for quality and expiration dates. And on Some things but not many watch price. Sometimes (rare) cheaper to go to grocery store. But honestly the place is well worth a visit. Your definitely going to end up buying something so bring a quarter for a cart.

Friendly staff, great discounts and great selection of items from groceries and housewares to clothes for baby, kids and adults. Never the same set of items due to the nature of the business, which is part of the fun. Most importantly, you will save money.

1st time here today as new in town an really appreciated finding this store. It helps immensely being able to buy the odd an ends stuff for home an health at such good prices. I'm on fixed income w/ lupus an it's expensive just to keep the basics even. This takes the sting out of many things I normally would go without, like my beloved favorite coffees. Thank you again, you are really blessing us on tight budgets.

Excellent selection if food products primarily with some HBA and household products. Mostly great prices. I come back often. TIP Tuesday if your over 55 you get 10 percent off too.

Always have had a great experience in here, the store is organized and there are a lot of items for cheap. Not only that my job had an event or we're trying to give away items to children who can receive gifts for Christmas and the manager here was willing to give away a ton of makeup to our company which help for not only this event but other events that we had in the future. I really like this store.

Had real good prices on salad dressings and crackers. And there meat was a little cheaper. I got some Pork loin roast for $3:00. Around 5-6lbs. Enough for 2 people.
