I will never visit this location again! The rude, hateful old lady, Deb I think is her name who clearly hates her life should NOT be working there! She doesn’t know what customer service is or how to be polite to anyone ever! Today was the last straw for me when she was unnecessarily rude to my teenage daughter and her friend who were in getting fountain drinks laughing and having fun. They were not rude or disrespectful at all and all the lady could tell me was they made a mess she had to clean with bleach!? I’m sorry but isn’t that part of your job!? And it was not an atrocious mess as she acted like it was.They told me they wiped up the mess they made and even showed me a pic of it. They went back in to get milk for my toddler and she told them she was done with them for today and took the milk away and refused to sell it to them! I went back inside immediately and confronted her and she couldn’t give me a valid reason as to why she was rude and hateful and refused to sell them the milk other than the “mess” they made and they were laughing and joking with each other. Her behavior was certainly not called for and she just thought she could get away with being rude to them but this momma bear let her know different! She doesn’t deserve to be a crew manager treating people like she does. I’ve encountered her before and she’s not friendly at all, ever! Don’t try this momma bear ya old hag!!

One of the worst places I have been to. Went there to get a quick bite. The guy at the deli did not even acknowledge I was there and kept acting like he was doing something. I tried to ask him if they were closed did not respond at all.

This is by far the best Casey’s in Nixa. The staff is always friendly (especially Deb & Christian) the food is delicious and the store is clean.

An application for remote rent payment was provided to me from my landlord ( one of the areas largest property management companies) and Casey’s ( this location ) was on the list. So with a fist full of money I went into the store and inquired . The clerk, a late middle aged woman said “ We don’t do anything like that here”. Her tone was not that of a person concerned with customer service. I said that I understood but I wanted to show her that her store was in fact listed . “ Let me show you what it says “ I calmly replied. “I don’t care what it says , we don’t do that and we haven’t for the two years I’ve worked here.” My problem is this, she was probably telling the truth to some degree, she probably never took payments at that store , she was clearly unaware of this application and that fault can be placed at the feet of her district or with corporate . However, her attitude was uncalled for and was downright rude and off putting. I’m a rewards customer and go out of my way to do business with Casey’s . Having dealt with the public before I also understand that sometimes things can he misconstrued and if not careful problems can kaleidoscope into bigger issues. I will let corporate know as well as her regional and store manager. I would suggest that this employee be retrained and reminded that in todays economy all customers are valued more so than ever and being rude is inexcusable.

Front counter lady is awful. She was so hateful. I started off so kind and she just got more and more hateful. She rolled her eyes. Said gosh, when I had a question. I really hope corporate does something because there is no reason to treat people the way she does.

Never had a bad experience here until I was told, "as soon as someone comes in we will restock tp and paper towels." Bathrooms were completely out. Most places would jump on that and fix it right away.

Cecilia the cashier is rude. Never says thank you. I asked for a item that was on the counter that I didn't see . She got a attitude said the items right in front of you . You can get it yourself I said ok not mean or anything like that. Then she had to add " it convenient like that. She has been rude to me several times before. I didn't say anything about my interaction with her to my fellow employee. He gets in the car and says what's her deal. I said I don't know but this is the last time I ever stop here again

550pm Sunday Oct. 29th - My 1st experience at a Casey's. I walk in the door & ask, the older lady w/short hair at the counter "where's the cookies"?The rude response, I got in return was ("Right on front of your face") or.. Over n the bakery!I walked to the bakery, walked back to her.. I said, its (only donuts)! I also said, this was my 1st time n a Casey's & didn't know the layout. She said, It was a stupid question bcz they were in front of my face! Aren't you customer service if someone has a question?! I told her, she is rude & her response was she hopes she never sees me again! (The cookie was for my toddler) This lady obviously doesn't like people or her job!!! Bad mood or hates life? Hates cookies? Idk? She was disgustingly rude & I'll never come back to this location!
