We took it in on Monday and they kept us up to date through the entire process, answered any questions I had and when I got it back (four days later) it looked brand new! “A woderful experience with Safelite in Nixa, MO. Had an unexpected windshield replacement and the entire process went smoothly. The office/tech guys were very helpful and got it all set up. The Safelite website is very userfriendly and I was able to find my appointment to make changes and start auto pay. Our autoglass Tech that came to the house was Jonathan France. He did an excellent job with the replacement and was very kind. These things are never fun, but thanks to all who made it go so well..”
