“Great butcher shop with awesome customer service! Locally sourced and no antibiotics. Great prices and extremely good tasting! Pan seared a sirloin with nothing but salt and pepper to test it and I was very impressed with the steak overall. It's was juicy, beautifully seared and cooked to a lovely medium rare and melted in the mouth like warm butter on a hot day. It was a wonderful steak.”

“We went here about a month ago for high quality CLEAN boneless ribeye steak. They delivered just that. The gentleman that helped me was professional, courteous, and enjoyable to speak with. He also cut 4 one pound boneless ribeye steaks virtually perfect. I think he was off by one one thousands of a pound! That takes skill you don't get overnight.
