“This is my 4th car they have replaced a windshield in for me. I dropped the car off at 9:00a.m and came back at lunch time to pick it up. They were the best deal around and as a added benefit they had the windshield in stock for my 1967 VW Beetle.

“It was a first experience with me sending my abs module off to a company that I don't know nothing about. But with that being said they are trust worthy and it's hard for me to trust somebody. But I sent my abs module to them on a Friday evening and they send me a email that Thursday of next week and said my module has been sent back and fix of the four different codes that was in there. But the kicker is I didn't pay them yet and I don't check my email and I didn't know they had sent it back until I called and they said they had email me and said your abs module has been fixed and I said over the phone damn that was quick. But a company trust you to send your money when I haven't paid them yet. Is a company that I will respect and deal with. But if you asking have I paid them yes I have. And the abs module is A1 now Recommendation he'll yea. The review on 5 starts its well over 5 stars they are a great company and they will go a long ways in business.”
“Great experience with them! Had a grinding noise from my civic a bit ago and took it to them suspecting it was wheel bearing. They came back to me with the correct diagnosis being the break rotors and pads being grinding and not bearings. They told me it didn’t need done immediately but something to keep in mind. I took it back to them after a few weeks and got it taken care of. They got it all taken care of fast. Great experience.”

“REAL customer service! I walked into Plaza Tire on a very busy Friday with a blown out tire from a cargo trailer. Not only did they have the tire, they promised to have it ready by the end of the day (I didn't need to pick it up until Saturday. I indicated I needed to run a few errands and that I would see them the following day. Plaza called 30 minutes later to let me know the tire was done and even loaded it into my pick-up for me. Fast, friendly and customer-orientated. 5 stars!”
“From my experience & observation this business is well staffed & very friendly & patient to all the customers that arrived. The waiting room was spacious & clean & tidy. There is a coffee shop right around the corner if you don't wish to wait in the waiting room the whole time.
To my surprise they were very fast when it came to ordering the parts & removing my rusty rotors & brake pads. I was only there an hour & thirty minutes which seems pretty fast to me for that kind of work. The price was also surprisingly affordable, I was expecting the price to be higher . I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs an honest hardworking mechanic.”
“I have used this auto shop for years. I brought my vehicle in after another company was trying to get me to change the alternator which had been replaced by eaglecrest a couple months earlier. The other company was saying that my dashboard had a warning on it but I had checked everything before dropping it off and there was no warning on the dashboard. When they told me something was wrong with it I took it back to Eaglecrest and sure enough everything was fine on it. They were able to fix my main issue with reasonable pricing which the other company didn’t even want to touch. And also were able to ensure that the alternator was working properly. If I wouldn’t have brought it back to them the other company would have hosed me for an additional $800 that was unnecessary. This company has always done me right and after my experience elsewhere with another auto repair shop I will not be taking my vehicle elsewhere.”

“Richard's team has maintained my vehicles for years. I have taken him vehicles for repairs / inspections / troubleshooting / referrals and just about everything in between. He and his wife, have always been honest, straight forward, and fair with me.
They don't try to sell you something you don't need. A number of times they've told me "We can do this repair now, as it will need to be done, but it is fine if you want to wait a while - there isn't a safety issue"
As Nixa has grown, his shop has gotten busier, so there is usually a wait before he can get to your vehicle, but he is worth the wait.
There are a number of good auto shops in our area, but in my opinion, Are Lee is the best.”
