This was a great value! I would give this room a five, except for the fact that it was slightly dated and the ice machine nearest our room was out of order. The breakfast menu was minimal but the food and coffee were great!

They are a first class operation. Every event I have attended there has been a pleasure. The venue is super cool, plus the cabins and tree houses are unique. Top quality through and through. I highly recommend Affinity if you have an up coming event.

I absolutely LOVE Affinity! It is the absolute perfect place for a wedding, with woods and beautiful lighting. Such a down to earth home feeling with wonderful hospitality. The food Tracy homemade from scratch is hands down amazingly yummy! Mark, our bartender was fun and gave great service. Our DJ Erin, was spot on hilarious and fun!! I highly 1000% refer Affinity for your wedding, Christmas party or any gathering you are needing. You won’t be disappointed!! ❤️ THANK YOU AFFINITY!!

We attended the wedding of a good friend at the Affinity a couple of weeks ago. The venue was spectacular! Nestled in the woods along the James River. The owners have done an amazing job integrating the entire venue, from the outdoor bar and dance floor, to the indoor dining with walls of windows, into the natural beauty of the Ozarks. With the twinkle lights overhead, you feel transported to a private oasis miles from the real world. Tracy and Mark were the perfect “hosts.” The food was delicious and the entire wedding process was flawless and stress free. The option to stay in the Riverside cabin and treehouse cabins on site, made for a very fun weekend!! I highly recommend the Affinity Riverside Estate!! ❤️

This is an amazing review! Tracy And Mark, make sure everyone detail is taken care of, but at the same time they make sure each guest is having a wonderful experience. The facility is surrounded by grand Oaks, lush, landscape, and the James River. You cannot go wrong with this venue!

Family owned, detailed orientated, and all inclusive. When you include venue, decorations, coordinating, DJ, catering and bar all in one package and you won't believe the price for the service you get.

We just had our wedding here on Saturday the 15th. It could not have gone any better! Everything was amazing from the decorations, the food, and the atmosphere. Mark and Tracy took care of everything for us. Lilian made sure I was happy with everything before making it final. Erin was the best officiant and DJ I could have asked for. The ceremony was short, sweet and simple just the way my husband and I wanted it. The party was so much fun. They double checked with us as to when we wanted to do certain things within the reception. I cannot stress this enough Affinity will take care of everything for you! Every single guest was raving about how amazing the venue was and how perfect the food was. They even made my husbands favorite, sweet corn bread and cheddar bay biscuits. Thank you for everything. I would give 10 stars if I was able
