“Because I am a new Missouri resident and my previous bank did not have any branches nearby, it was necessary that I open an account at a local bank. After much comparison of various banks, I decided First Bank would best meet my needs. I tried to make an appointment online to open an account, however, due to my availability, the weekday offerings would not work within my schedule. I called this branch in particular on a Saturday morning and they were glad to help that very day. I was told everything I would need to bring over the phone by an employee, Nadia. Upon arrival, Nadia was able to help me open an account and even offered additional information on services and account types that may be beneficial to my family in the future. Though I am new to this area and this bank, I was grateful for their same-day help as well as the fact that I spoke with one individual over the phone and was able to complete the process with the same individual. Thus far, I would recommend this bank and this branch!”

They were both very professional and helped us get everything we needed to complete our business which included three cashier checks, renewing our debit card once they noticed it was out of date and helping with getting some papers notarized. “I went in side to withdraw money from the ATM. The silly machine had my card stuck. They were very short staffed and the lady with the blue polo who got my card unstuck I want to say thank you. I also want to say your hard work did not go unnoticed by me. You were very patient, kind and doing everything in your power to get people in and out.
